It’s 11 pm and instead of reading my textbooks for my lectures tomorrow, I am fighting the urge to go to my freezer and eat the tub of pistachio ice cream I asked my parents to bring up for me. I’ll suck it up and drink a cup of tea to kill the hunger inside. Ice cream is 100% one of my weaknesses🍦 This ice cream from @myeggloo is a green tea soft serve with a Hong Kong egg waffle as the cone! You can dress it up with toppings like mochi, almonds and oreos! The egg waffle is definitely more fun to eat than a regular cone 😊 (at Eggloo)

Peep my cute dog in the background 🐶 Quick snacks like my frozen chocolate almond coated banana bites 🍌 is how I stay motivated in college. What I did was: 1. Slice 1 ripe banana into coins 2. Put the banana slices into the freezer for 10 minutes to stiffen up a little 3. Melt some @spectrumorganic unrefined coconut oil in a small bowl 4. Stir in some @traderjoes unsweetened cocoa powder 5. To add a bit of crunch, I crushed a handful of @traderjoes raw almonds and set that to the side 6. After taking out the banana slices, dip half of it into the chocolate mixture and then roll them in the almonds 7. (Optional) Sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt and @bobsredmill chia seeds on top * The banana bites will harden quickly and should be stored in the freezer (at New York, New York)

Happy Saturday! Started off the morning with a cup of matcha latte before my usual bowl of oatmeal 🍵 The one I used has MCT oil 😊 All I did was add: 1 tbsp @rawgreenorganics matcha latte powder 1 cup hot water Dash of @traderjoes ground cinnamon on top * I usually start of only adding a splash bit of water to the powder so the matcha won’t clump up. I’ve found that to be the best way to avoid matcha clumps if you don’t have a japanese matcha whisk (at Storrs, Connecticut)

I never loved a sandwich more than this one right here. Steak + avocado + ciabatta bread = heaven 😇 This restaurant specializes in making sandwiches and let me tell you, they don’t disappoint. I went twice in the span of a week and everybody I went with loved their meals! I got their 38 and my boyfriend got their 45. Both steak sandwiches and even though we aren’t huge steak fans, we loved them 😋 I can’t wait to go back during Spring break! (at Press 195 Restaurant Group)

Had this incredible fresh hand pulled Taiwanese beef noodle soup last week in the city. It had just snowed the day before but I was determined to get it! This was the only thing that kept me walking from the subway station to Chelsea Market. The noodles were so fresh and chewy! We got to watch the workers hand pull the very 8 feet long noodle in this bowl! Being back at school where the weather is even colder than ny makes me want to get another bowl of this bad boy 😭 I have seen so many people try it that I had to try it myself and boy was it worth the hype! The best part about that night was that there was no line! #dinner (at Very Fresh Noodles)

My favorite thing to eat in the morning has got to be fruits and oatmeal. There’s just something about having something cold and sweet in contrast with a hearty bowl of piping hot oats. Today I topped my oatmeal with some banana slices, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds. I mean just look at the color palette!
