You know Clint Barton? The golden boy, the Avenger, the hero. But me? I’m the other Barton. The one who stayed in the dark, trained in silence, and learned that sometimes survival means aiming first and asking later. SHIELD tried to control me. Others tried to break me. All they did was sharpen my aim.

I’ve been a soldier, a spy, a weapon. I’ve walked the line between right and wrong so many times, the line doesn’t even exist anymore. Maybe I’m out for redemption. Maybe I’m just looking for someone to bleed with. Either way, I’m not playing sidekick. Not anymore.
