Silly irl moment I remembered from before realising I was a system a good couple years ago.

Before me and my now boyfriend then "close male friend I was definitely not crushing on" got together, I painted one of my most favourite paintings to this day in class. It was about him though just abstract enough in visual language that one may not be able to tell unless they knew victorian flower language.

A few months later my affections remaining unrequited as far as I knew I fell terribly ill and was unable to go to class for about two weeks. When I finally arrived back I was greeted by the sight of my painting, displayed in the main hall. For all to see. Needless to say I was terrified. I practically had a breakdown in fear that everyone would know that I was extremely gay for my best friend (they already did we were both terrible at hiding it).
