Well I met a man that I liked to spend time with and it just so happens that he also likes spending time with me. So we spend time together. We go for walks with the dog. We go out to eat. Yes, we sometimes have sex. He understands I am busy and often times he is as well…

"It doesn’t matter. Fenrir will handle it and if he doesn’t…I will." Basil continued to assure as they walked. "Don’t touch it.." He ordered, taking her hand from her lip. He pushed open the door to the hospital wing and sat her down on the nearest bed. The wing was almost empty except for the staff. He knelt down in front of her and smiled weakly. "You’re safe now. You don’t have have to worry about that bastard right now." He stated firmly, patting her knee. "How are you feeling…physically? I can see how you are, mentally."

Aislynn still was bothered by the fact her father had found her here- knowing deep inside that he would just keep coming back and nothing anyone could do would stop him. She allowed him to take her hand away from her lip, grimacing at the stinging pain that came when she made her lips into a straight line. “….He threw me down the staircase.” she explained with a swallow. ” I’ve had worse.” she shrugged, glad that the only broken glass this time was from a lamp she broke over his head. The young Omega shifted a bit restlessly in her seat, not wanting to be alone but fearing the answer Basil would give if she asked him to stay.

"I know that look in your eye..." He spoke softly, watching her. "You can't let him destroy you or he wins every time...He won't even have to be here and he wins." The older Omega informed, shrugging his shoulders. "You were born an Omega because you're strong enough to survive it.." He reached over and squeezed her hand gently, "That is why they fight so hard to beat us down, kid....They are afraid that we may one day realize our strength.."

…..I know that you do not have much of a filter, Basil. You’ve already expressed that you think he has done nothing to earn your respect which means you’ll treat him poorly upon introduction. I just want him to feel welcome at the House. It has nothing to do with the way I feel towards you.

Basil saw red and he lunged suddenly, breaking free from Fenrir’s grasp and he was able to land a gut punch before anyone else could stop him. “I will kill you!” He snarled as he was dragged back again. “Get him out of here, Fenrir.” The Omega panted as he jerked away, straightening his clothes as he struggled to control his breathing. He reached up and ran his fingers through his hair as he continued to glare at the Alpha before turning his attention to the girl. “I’ve got her.” He snapped to the women, wrapping his arm around the girl and moving her away from the scene as quickly as he could. “It’s going to be alright. Fenrir will handle it.” He assured her as they walked. “We’ll move you into a new room and everything will be alright.” He repeated, more to himself then to her. His blood was boiling and he was shaking.

When the girl’s hair was grabbed, her neck snapped back and turned around clutching the back of her head as she pulled away. She stumbled forward when Basil lunged and punched him, swallowing thickly as the guards and to keep Mr. Mandana out of the Omega’s way as they waited for authorities to arrive. Her eyes locked with her father’s, only sensing that it wasn’t over yet. He always did what he said he was going to do. It would be no surprised if she ended up dead and he was the one that put he there.

The girl’s eyes welled, not even noticing the cooing of the older woman telling her that it wasn’t her fault. She stared blankly at the ground, shoulders tense as she was lead away before Basil came over and snapped at her. She felt better when his arm was around her- safer. He had swung at her father in a way she never witnessed anyone dare before.

"I-I don’t know how he found me…" she muttered to him as they walked away. It as her fault. She knew that. When he mentioned getting another room her heart started racing- not wanting to be alone. Aislynn just nodded, reaching up and touching her swelling lip.

"It doesn't matter. Fenrir will handle it and if he doesn't...I will." Basil continued to assure as they walked. "Don't touch it.." He ordered, taking her hand from her lip. Fenrir rushed forward and grabbed the furious Omega, keeping him back and holding him securely. “Settle down, Basil…We have him. Settle down!” The older Alpha ordered, jerking the younger man until Basil stopped fighting, breathing heavily.

"The girl isn’t going anywhere…especially with you." Fenrir informed the strange Alpha. "Someone take her to the hospital wing…."

The Alpha watched Basil in disgust as he tried to get out of Fenrir’s grip. As if the Omega could do anything to him if he wasn’t held back. His dark eyes looked up at his daughter, outraged that she was being withheld from him. “She can’t stay in this shit hole forever.” he snapped. “She is mine and I /will/ have her.” he spat back at him.

Aislynn was going to be sick. She could already feel phantom hands on her throat and her chest, flinching as one of the older women came over to take her by the shoulders and escort her to the wing. “I’m not your m-mate!” she screamed, ears flooded with words he wasn’t even saying at that point. She wanted to hurt him back, punch him in the face as he was held by the two security guards. If he wasn’t restrained she would still be no match for him- knowing she would forever be weaker in every way.

She spit at his feet, as she passed him watching him swing his arm as he tried to smack her- grabbing just a few bits of her hair that got yanked out of her head in one last attempt at bringing her to him.

The dark haired Omega looked in the room, seeing the wreckage and then heard the screaming. “Shit!” He broke out into a run, coming up on the strange man as opened the door. Basil’s hand balled into a fist and was able to stick a heavy handed punch to the left side of the Alpha’s face....

FLASHBACK-- Unwanted Visitor --Aislynn and Basil

Basil shoved his hands deep into his pockets as he walked up the steps from the cellar of the House. He was exhausted and it had been a long week. He was ready to collapse in his bed and sleep for eternity. “Good night, Patrick..” He yawned as he walked past the front desk, stopping when there was no response. He looked over, noticing the empty chair. “Patrick?” He walked around, finding the Omega on the floor, unconscious. “Damn it.” Basil hissed under his breath as he reached over and hit the panic button. Who knew had gotten in or what they wanted. “Damn it…Damn it..” He continued, uncertain what to do next. He started ruffling through the papers on the desk. The room list was on top. What was he suppose to do? He looked to the computer screen, rewinding back through the security footage. He saw the strange man, watching it intently as the stranger attacked Patrick and then looked through the papers. He was searching for someone. “Damn it!…” He took off in the direction that he had seen the Alpha go in, jogging down the hall. The alarm was blaring, which meant the residents had to go to their rooms and lock the doors. All the doors were closed except for one. It was the kid’s bedroom door. “Hey, Aislynn….Kid…”He called.

The Alpha pulled out a cloth to put over her face- something he realized he should have done while she was still unknowing of his presence. She was far more ruthless then he remembered. Usually by now she would start crying and begging for him not to hurt her. The ’ Daddy please’ coming out of a frightened girl. He didn’t know what they taught her here but she was being difficult.

Aislynn threw threw herself onto the floor, bringing the man down with her. She got his hands away, being pulled back by her hair again as she crawled. She screamed again, the man smashing her forehead down into the hard wood and lifting her up and over her shoulder. An alarm sounded off- the man abandoning the room and leaving it a wreck with shattered pieces of the lamp and claw marks on the floor.

He went to the elevator, smashing the button that was deactivated so the intruder couldn’t go anywhere. He started walking down the hall, opening the stair well door just as he heard someone call out his daughters name- tossing her down the stairs as she bit his shoulder.

The dark haired Omega looked in the room, seeing the wreckage and then heard the screaming. "Shit!" He broke out into a run, coming up on the strange man as opened the door. Basil's hand balled into a fist and was able to stick a heavy handed punch to the left side of the Alpha's face. "Fucker!" He spat, taking the man by the lapel of his jacket and pushed him up against the wall. Where was the girl? He couldn't hear the alarm over the blood rushing in his ears and his heart was pounding out of his chest as he reacted, snarling and baring his teeth. It was obvious why he was here and he wouldn't let him take the girl. He brought his fist back and hit the Alpha again.

FLASHBACK-- Unwanted Visitor --Aislynn and Basil

Aislynn had settled in her room rather well. She grew up in an upper middle class home but she much preferred the Omega House. After the seventeen year old’s mother has died she hadn’t felt loved or cared for until she came to the shelter. It was going on nine at night. The girl laid flat on her stomach as she flipped through one of the books Fenrir has given her earlier in the week. Her feet swung in the air as she listened to her CD player- mouthing the words she was reading instead of concentrating on the noise. She just didn’t like being in the silence.

Downstairs, Mr. Mandana had came into the lobby and drugged the man sitting at the front desk. The syringe still in his neck as he went through the paperwork and found his daughter’s room number. He had a man on the inside informing him when their little “Omega Rights’ meetings took place as it was said to be mostly empty while they were wherever they met. He had took the elevator, smoothing down his suit and adjusting his cuff links before starting down the dimly lit corridor.

He had come to take his daughter home and didn’t intend to leave until she was over his shoulder and coming home. All after she properly punished for running from home of course. It only took him two weeks to find her. He entered her room, ripping the unsuspecting teenager up by her hair from the bed.

Aislynn screamed, his hand going over her mouth after smacking her straight across the face. It wasn’t hard getting her off the bed despite her kicking and squirming. “You’re going home.” the Alpha growled lowly in her ear. She reached out for anything she could try to use against him, smashing the lamp over with her feet and scratching at his hands over her mouth. He pulled her hair harder, lifting her off the ground and falter once as she bit him hard on his finger. “You little, bitch.” he hissed, reaching into his deep trouser pockets to sedate her.
