How I think the hockey future will look like:

In other news the Hockey Hall of Fame will have to wait a bit longer before they can finish the long awaited Sidney Crosby display as the representatives who reached out to the legendary retired Penguin were told that he was still using his gear, and with his upcoming game on Tuesday considered the topic shelved. HHoF will have to wait at least another year before they could potentially add the legendary shoulder pads and jock to the collection.

The now 80 year old has left staff somewhat frustrated. While his commitment to the game has always been admirable, it’s left their shelves emptier than expected as Crosby has encouraged more and more former NHL players to continue playing after their pro careers in what is now fondly referred to as an “alumni league”.

Long time rival, now sometimes teammate Claude Giroux stated “As long as that old fuck is still playing, so am I.”

The game plays more like pickup, and since the former Penguins captain also owns the rink, the time is always convenient. Only time will tell if the famed reebok pads ever end up in the hall of fame before they fully disintegrate on the ice.

i'm realizing i'm very lucky in my teams' fans On Here. i don't know if my tumblr tryout would have lasted otherwise, and i'm grateful it has.

i love that caps fans get just as excited about a franky goal as an ovi goal.

i love that we got justin sourdif and we all said "we've had him for a day and a half and if anything happened to him we'd kill everyone in this arena and then ourselves."
