November 23rd 2022: EA will be retiring Heroes of Dragon Age. As of this date, HoDA will no longer be available to download and EA will no longer be supporting the game (new in-app purchases have already been suspended and new customer support requests are no longer being attended to). Gems will still be able to use in game until January 24th 2023, when the servers will be disabled and the game will no longer be accessible
December 4th 2022: Unofficial Dragon Age Day 2022
December 8th 2022: The Game Awards 2022, 4:30pm PT. Nothing officially hinted, confirmed or guaranteed but may be something worth keeping an eye on/tuning in to. Former BioWare developer Mark Darrah has recently said a few times that he expects to see BioWare at TGA 2022, and that this is his confident bet. He is “pretty sure” that DA4 will be at TGA. A new DA4 trailer and the NME announcement trailer dropped at TGA 2020
December 9th 2022: Dragon Age: Absolution, a 6 episode Netflix animated series, debuts. All episodes drop on this date
January 24th 2023: Due to EA retiring Heroes of Dragon Age, after this date Gems will no longer be able to be used in-game. After this date the HoDA servers are being disabled and the game will no longer be accessible

Second half of 2023 / late 2023: Jeff Grubb’s latest on DA4′s rumored release date. In Feb 2022 he said “So not early 2023, maybe late 2023, maybe. Like that seems to be sorta, the earliest you can begin to expect it. The second half of 2023 is kind of where we’re looking at, but even that seems y'know, pretty aggressive, but that’s the earliest time frame.” On June 2nd he said “it’s still not coming until at least the middle of next year [2023], and then probably a little bit later, towards the end of next year, so we’re at least a year away, at least, and then probably closer to still a year and a quarter, a year and a half off, like, you know, we’re talking about the end of next year, something like that, so yeah, it’s not coming out this year, it’s not coming out at the end of this fiscal year. Do not expect it before basically June of next year, is the earliest. And then, really, are they gonna put it out in the summer? I doubt it. It’s probably gonna come out closer to the fall.” In September 2022 he reiterated that the expected release date is late 2023 at the earliest. Bear in mind that these timepoints are a rumor/guess/a journalist’s comments based on their sources
