I started off the decade with a super neat discovery! Haru Nemuri's Haru To Shura (春ねむり - 春と修羅) is an incredibly fun and energetic listen. So Saturday I had the pleasure of seeing New Order for the first time! Their performance was absolutely mesmerizing. Witnessing their music come to life right before my eyes was more incredible than I could've imagined. It's no wonder I met people coming all the way from Houston to Seattle just to see this iconic band. We danced to Blue Monday. We echoed Love Will Tear Us Apart. Last night was definitely all elite! I got to cheer on my favorites: Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, and of course Ref Aubrey. Booing MJF was a treat too. I'm pretty sure that whatever previous record I had set for the fastest time I've gone from discovering a band to owning pretty much all their material has been beaten. I haven't been this excited about a band in a while. I can't help but smile when listening to Kero Kero Bonito! They make some of the most genuine music I've ever heard and their versatility is through the roof. Last week I went to my final concert of the year and what an incredible way to end it off too! The boys put on such a great high energy show! Not to mention Slowthai and 100 Gecs not lagging in the slightest. 10/10 experience. Would scream my heart out again. #brockhampton This year as a whole has been unforgettable. So many wonderful concert experiences from Japanese Breakfast to Ariana Grange to Clairo. I feel like I'm finally finding my niche in the world and I'm ready to do it all over again next year! Seeing Clairo was an absolute blast!
