Ideas for the cheetah face-markings and the all-might eyes was from @minnow-doodle-doo! Lightning bolt things at the butt are meant to look like the light trails you see behind cars on a long exposure picture.

I had to throw out a pair of my socks that were getting too threadbare to continue mending so... I turned one of them into a coin purse/dice bag this afternoon instead of eating lunch.
