TRUSTED: Spring 2016
Dear colleagues,
It is my pleasure to introduce our new publication TRUSTED. The vision of Better Business Bureau (BBB) is to ensure the presence of an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust one another. With TRUSTED, we aim to uphold this vision and inspire businesses to do the same through the examples and role models highlighted in this magazine. TRUSTED is an invitation for companies to join us in thinking beyond typical boundaries, to discover what makes a better business.
Ultimately, BBB aims to empower businesses to be the best they can be. TRUSTED highlights stories of people doing just that and it encourages others to follow suit. We encourage you to share these stories, and your own, with a wider circle. TRUSTED is the first in a series of issues created to support and inspire our community, the business community, to reach for new heights and continue to redefine what it means to be a better business.
All the best,
Mary E. Power, CAE, CMP
