"You look a little lost, can I be of assistance?"

        Scratching the back of his head rather irritably, Baekhyun’s lips pursed to the side as his dark hues remained fixated on the map on his phone. He wasn’t used to the area, and forgetting his past memories upon his directions and whereabouts surely did not help. With busy people making their way through the big street, the boy couldn’t help but to glance around his surroundings in hopes to find some kind of clue— until a kind stranger was helpful enough to suggest assistance. 

        “Ah— yes, actually. That would be great.” A sheepish smile spread across his lips, soon handing his smartphone to the male before him as he pointed at the dotted destination. “I’m a bit directionally challenged, if you haven’t noticed already.” A soft chuckle parted his lips, his eyes narrowing into crescents along with his smile.

[ At least he’s able to be relieved by the fact that he isn’t keeping someone from any responsibilities of theirs. Jongin quickly shakes his head a few times at those words, unable to accept them just yet ] Oh, no, I couldn’t let you, I… [ See, the problem with that suggestion is that in making the other pay for something for him he’d feel bad, somewhat more guilty that he already did, but… If it really will make him feel better, then how can he refuse? In the end, he mirrors that smile and nods after his brief pause to think ] Alright, let’s do that. Thank you. [ There’s almost a little disappointment that he feels when his wrist is let go of, the warmth of a touch disappearing, but he still follows along at his current companion’s side ] In exchange though, can I… maybe get a coffee or something with you sometime, then?

Etching on a soft smile of relief upon the other's acceptance of his offer, Baekhyun soon made his way across the street with the male before him. "Coffee sounds great, actually—" Not having been able to consume his daily caffeine intake, the smaller one replied rather quickly before blinking in realization and shaking his head. "Not that it's necessary, really... but if you insist." His grin transitioning into that of a playful one, he chuckles lowly and takes his last few steps into the clothing store; opening the door for the other.

"Chanyeol won’t ignore you, of course not! Let’s gooooo." Rather exited he rested his hands on his tummy and began to walk in the direction of the needed place. "We could be there in four minutes, or maybe less because Chanyeol has long legs." He laugh, a bright smile covering his face.

"Is that so?" The smaller one manages to stifle a low chuckle upon the other's rather child-like actions, taking his steps next to the boy as he slips his hands into the pockets of his jacket. "Your name is Chanyeol, you say. How old are you?" Tipping his head to the side, Baekhyun wondered how old the stranger could be while managing to act like a far younger being.

Head tilted upwards, Krystal frowned as she gazed up at the few clouds that were painted on the sky. Her hands were laced together in front of her thighs, in a position where it almost appeared as if she’d pray. The bus was nowhere to be seen and if she stood there for another couple minutes then she was positive that her backpack would be drenched.. A small sigh slipped past her lips as she continued to stare up. She wasn’t the type to fuss over something simple, besides she loved the rain. Just not at times like this. A hue of blue soon covered her vision and her eyes stopped squinting as nothing fell onto her face. Letting her head drop slightly, she turned and faced a stranger. A soft subtle smile was spread on his lips, the kind action was presenting how polite and kind this male was. “I think I’m fine—” she bit down on her lower lip, the sound of the rain drizzling only getting worst. Puddles were starting to form in the corner of her eyes, and she could feel her jeans clinging onto her skin. Which made her feel rather uncomfortable. “Actually.. if you don’t mind.”  A simple nod is all she gives to the male, confirmation that she was indeed accepting his polite gesture.. With an intrigued countenance sported on her facial features, she inched a little closer to him, her hands curling up under her jacket sleeves.

The boy's head slightly inclined to the side at the girl's answer at first, the weather was clearly not a great one for walking around without an umbrella— or was his kindness mistaken for some kind of other intention? He surely only wanted to provide some help as he was in an able position to, and he soon let another grin smudge across his lips as she soon accepted his offer. The tip of his sneaker dipping into a shallow puddle then out, the faint tumble of water marked his steps as he shifted the umbrella to the girl's side to make sure that she would stay as dry as possible. The serene silence between the two continued for a few minutes— but it wasn't that of an uncomfortable one as the calm sound of raindrops filled his head along the way, a faint hum parting his lips as he etched on a smile. "Didn't take a good use of the weather forecast, huh?" Marking a rather playful comment to break the silence, he glanced to the side with a small chuckle.

Well, it wasn’t really easy like that. I wish it were, actually. But lots of things happened and I just found myself in my childhood dream. I am happy but sometimes I regret things. Idols are still people though, I don't think you have to hide your honest thoughts on your profession of anything in general all the time. Concealing everything and displaying yourself as a perfect celebrity isn't really easy, huh? I'm quite positive that both cons and pros apply to other professions as well. {'he gives her a slight nod with a smile, soon taking a step closer to the register and handing a card to the cashier;} One caramel frappuccino and iced americano. {'quickly receiving back his credit card, he shoots a grin at the girl besides him before waving the card before her;} A step too late, miss. I'll treat you this time, and maybe you can treat me back if we meet again. {'nodding, he soon leads her to an empty table before sitting himself in front of her;}

Chanyeol was waddling his way home when a touch to his wrist made him stop. Brows furrowing some he turned around and then flashed a bright smile. “Let Chanyeol see, hm..” Leaning in he examined the place before perking up. “Chanyeol knows where that is! Want him to take you?” 

The smaller boy blinked slowly upon the taller one's rather unique way of indicating himself, scratching the back of his head but reflecting the other one's smile politely. "Ah man, thanks— most of these people will just ignore me, 'ya know? It would be great if you can, thanks for helping out." Nodding at the other's offer, he let a brighter grin smudge upon both sides of his lips as he took a step behind the boy.

"But—" It’s four in the morning she finished in her mind, her eyebrows furrowing as she looked over at his cell phone with mild interest, though her eyes were already half lidded with exhaustion. Sure, she was awake at 4 AM as well due to a handful of oddly timed schedules, so in reality she couldn’t chastise him for being awake. She could also understand the need to perfect singing a song, but the last time she had checked, the young man in front of her didn’t have any particular driving need to. Not at four in the morning, anyways. Still, there was no denying it. Anyone in her profession could easily detect that telltale determination and passion that someone involved in music, not just the idol world, could so adamantly relate to. But the question still hung heavily in her mind: who was he exactly? “Yes, I do know that song.” A smile tugged at the corners of her lips, reaching her eyes as she swiped through the lyrics of the song before shaking her head and placing the phone down. “All too well actually, it’s a favorite of mine. But how would it help you if I sang it on my own? Let’s get this right. You sing with me and I’ll assist in anyway I can.”

It was more than frustrating for the boy— he felt the constant need to voice out his feelings to a melody like how he thought he used to; but something inside of him, god knows what— was suppressing him from releasing it. His voice was suited for singing, however, and he indeed had natural talent in what he had passion for. Tapping his foot in anxiety of his own restraint, the possible resolution to such a situation was to plead for help from the girl who supposedly had been with him since they were little. He could not recall most of the memories regarding Hyerim, of course, but something about her gentle and soothing personality felt nostalgic. His dark orbs flashed momentarily under the dimly lit lights in joy at the girl's words, soon blinking once and exhaling a soft sigh at her suggestion. She was right, maybe he had a better chance at this if she guided him through the melody. Clearing his throat and calmly tapping his foot to the beat, he parted his lips to voice out the lyrics with his characteristically husky tone.

"Baby, my love The day of our painful memory Is probably just another fading memory of farewell for you The painful scar remaining Is the last precious trace of you left to me In this world—"

After finishing his last line, he shifted his gaze over to the girl as he slightly tilt his chin up and down as a reminder to the transition. The idea of having someone singing a certain song along with oneself was already a mental support, and the boy wore a gentle grin at the rather calm and steady improvement as he waited for his friend to continue the melody.

It’s nice to go forward gradually, rather than rush into things. [/she nods lightly/] I had to rush into things because well, it’s obvious. This industry is like this. [/she hums lightly/] There are a lot of gentlemen around me, for some reason. Too bad I’m too nice to use them to my advantage. [/she laughs a little/] Oh, I know what you mean. {'the boy nods along as he listens to the other's words, running a hand down his nape;} If you have a specific goal and if you were sure with your choice— it should be considered as a head start rather than a rushed one, don't you think? I'm quite envious of you, and I'm sure a lot of people are. {'he chuckles faintly before following the girl behind and into the cafe, scanning the area for an empty seat before glancing down at the girl;} I think I'll just get an iced americano. Haru glanced up as she realized that the male was in fact talking to her. She could indeed use some help, and one wouldn’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out. With a good ninety percent of her flyers being sprawled across the street, it would take up a fair amount of her working time just to pick them all back up— what if her supervisor came out to see the mess? It wouldn’t be a good impression, especially considering the fact that she was brand new in her job as well. “Yeah,” she sighed, “I wouldn’t mind some right now…” While she wasn’t sure how to properly react, she simply offered him a smile; she couldn’t expect him to do anything after all. Haru shifted on the ground, still seated in a crouched position, while reaching out for a paper close-by. 

Crouching down to place one knee onto the ground and the other one bent to support his arm, the boy gave her a small smile before picking up the scattered pieces of papers and organizing them one by one. "Bit windy today, huh?" His dark orbs gazing up at the sky momentarily, he locked another grin upon his lips while meeting the other's gaze. Soon lifting himself up to his feet, he quickly gathered rest of the pieces that flew by to a certain distance before sprinting back to the girl and handing most of the flyers that he could manage to collect. "Here you go." Slipping his other hand in his pocket, he soon blinked a few times before handing the girl a small rubber band that could be used as a hair tie; pointing at her hair and chuckling lowly. "Your hair— it seems to be getting in the way of your sight while you work."
