Details from "Help is other people" episode of the TGP podcast:

- They cut a scene where Ted improvised calling his pigeon after it flew away. He starts whistling to it and calling its name.

- Eleanor slapping Michael's cards was also improvised. Ted and Kristen had a lot of fun on set rehearsing the magic trick scenes.

- Ted and Kristen rehearsed the evil laugh together until she managed to do it just like Michael's.
