Some more goodies from Hilltop Photo Op.

Loving my shots from Hilltop Photo Op last month. This is some of the first film that I have developed and scanned myself.

Wayne’s shop is full of art, and he adds new additions all the time with the help of his friends.

This is Wayne. He makes tattoos and he is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. He’s honest, and he tells it like it is. When you go to him for a tattoo, he isnt afraid to tell you when have a bad idea, and he always provides his own input before starting any tattoo. If you are ever in the area and you are looking for some new ink, he is the guy to check out.

Recently I went with a friend to a local tattoo shop called California Street Tattoo. The next few images from me will feature the shop and the work of the founder, Wayne Fredrickson.

On Saturday, August 22, thousands of people across the nation gathered in front of Planned Parenthood clinics. Young, old, men, women, children, all gathered to protest the recent actions of the organisation. Some were there in support of womens health, others for religous reasons, and a few attended because they had abortions and changed their hearts when it was too late. No matter where you stand on the issue, I think there is something to be valued in any gatherring that unites people of all walks of life peacefully. Here, a protestor spends a moment to rest, making sure to hold her sign facing the clinic as she rests.

This weekend I took advantage of one of my few off days over summer to visit Corona Del Mar. The rough shore awoke at dusk and revealed some incredible colors. I hope to go back to shoot some more here soon.

I decided to revisit the redlands classic photos again and I found this shot while I was digging around. Glad that I found it because I missed it the first time around.
