Next up we have conditioner. For this you’ll need a spray bottle (mine are about 5oz from gotoilsupplies.com), honey, Apple cider vinegar, water, essential oils are optional. So you put 2 tablespoons of honey in the spray bottle, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, add your essential oils, fill the rest with hot water (not boiling just hot to the touch to dissolve honey), shake. Now you have yourself an all natural conditioner! Best if used within a week. Alright so first up we have shampoo. It’s super easy literally only 2 ingredients and optional essential oils. So these are soap nuts/berries. They are called soap nuts but they are actually a berry so if you have not allergies, these are safe for you to use. Now you can’t just stick these berries on your head and expect your scalp to be cleansed, nope. So there are 2 ways we can turn this into a liquid. You can put 2 berries in a Muslim cloth pouch and let them sit in 1 cup of water for 24 hours. Or you can put 2 berries in a Muslim cloth pouch with 1 cup of water and boil it for 30min. Whichever way you choose the liquid should be used within 2 weeks (natural doesn’t last forever!) now that you have your liquid, you’ll need a spray bottle (mine are about 5oz or so and I get them from gotoilsupplies.com) then I put 1 tablespoon of the soap nut liquid in the spray bottle, add my essential oils, then fill the rest of the bottle with warm water. Shake and then bam 💥 you got yourself an all natural shampoo!
