💃 Thank Goodness It (is) Friday 🕺
Recently I got really interested in Frostgrave and found those neat paper figurines from @beardedruckus to get my armies started. Also: a great way to spend an afternoon with some light arts and crafts with my daughter, who now also is interested in Frostgrave <3
Also she gave all of them names. Here are my highlights:
Sakira (no relations to the singer) and her apprentice Sa, who is a boy with magic lipstick
The dark wizard Hörnchen (meaning something like Cute Horns)
Klobürste (Toilet Brush) (I have since explained what a spiked mace is)
Süßkopf (Cutehead) Because he has cute eyes and would rather be on the good guys team.
I love love love seeing my paper minis printed AND these ones all got great names, too. I'm over the moon.
For your consideration, my entry for #bigbotbash3 I want to post my work-in-progress shots I snapped along with my initial sketches. But! For now! Only bot.

I just finished watching all seven parts of Senritsu Kaiki File Kowasugi! and it was… absolutely wild.
Charm Monster, 4th level Magic-User spell.
This is a piece from 2018 that I still like a lot. I illustrated this for Old School Essentials back when it was called B/X essentials. I newish to digital and definitely overworked the marks haha, but I'm still happy with how it turned out overall.
The illustration accompanied the entry for the Charm Monster spell. Gavin later cropped it to just b the dragon head in the main OSE books. I liked the whole piece! But I was happy to be included haha.

HAIL AND WELL MET.
Today I successfully¹ reached the ripe (RIPE!) age of 40. To celebrate, @deedala and I are discounting our handcrafted paper miniatures by 40%.
If you purchase them (thank you), I have one request. Build them and play with them! That's why I made them. They're paper! Use glue or tape. Put them all over the place. If you're feeling inspired, take pictures of them and show me on Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr². I would cherish that photo.
The sale will run today, August 11 (my birthday), until Monday, August 14 (no longer my birthday), at 12 p.m. Do not miss this opportunity to enhance³ your RPGs and war-games with paper and glue at a generous discount. Off I go!
I lowered the price of both sets $2.99 on drivethrurpg!

Happy Dragon Age Day from our best Mabari hound Pears.
Printable paper miniatures for fantasy RPGs and wargames.
My husband @beardedruckus and I have been working on this set of paper minis! (hew drew them and I colored them) for quite awhile!! They can be used for any tabletop rpgs or wargames but they’re also just quite fun to hold and set up around your house! Any projects we do take forever because we both have day jobs and two small children who are remote learning this year, so it’s very exciting to finally have this project out the door!! please reblog if you like them~
And if you want a set for yourself then click the link to visit our shop!

Piece done for Wormskin Issue 3, a delightful RPG publication:
Wormskin explores the mythic forest called Dolmenwood, a weird folklore setting for use with B/X or similar tabletop adventure games. Each issue uncovers various elements of this eldritch realm situated on the leafy verges of Fairy, where austere Drunes rub elbows with weird elf-lords and talking beasts, where witches wander skyclad and armed with sinister magicks to bind the spirits of hapless adventurers. Be wary.
Buy it over at RPGnow, perhaps!
Pen, ink, and watercolor on bristol board.
Mandalorian dual-weilding blasters. He uses them to solve problems! A Star Wars RPG character commission.
