When you wake up with pains in your stomach and sore back 🙌🏽 I have a very busy week with work at the moment so I have no time to take any photos of my food because the majority of it comes from a container. I found this photo in my drafts of some porridge I had recently and I’m pretty sure I’ll be having the same thing for breakfast today. Otherwise I’m craving toast. I also have no idea what I’m supposed to make for lunch at work tomorrow because I have no time to make anything. Any ideas that are quick and easy? Thank god I start my permanent roster next week so I can actually plan my life and food prep and not be stressed. I have work today too so I really need to get myself motivated but I’m mentally and emotionally tired and generally struggling with about a million different things.

Veggie sushi love 🥒🥑🍙 When I eat out I love going to Asian restaurants: usually Thai, Vietnamese or sushi places! I love the Asian cuisines and they usually have a lot of vegan & glutenfree options! I think sushi (especially with crunchy cucumber and creamy avo is my absolute fave - but summer rolls or a spicy curry are sooo delicious too 😍 What are your favorite restaurant dishes?
