Minho had a proud smile on his lips as he watched Beau execute the choreography, it looked amazing to him, not that he’d have expected any less from the younger idol. “What’s wrong with the Getcha head in the game choreography? They mixed basketball and dancing! Was pretty cool for the time.” He joked. “But no, it looks really good! I only have a few notes. At the start, think it’d look cooler if you changed it to a six count, instead of eight. Like this.” Walking closer, Minho did the dance moves from the bit of choreography he had talked about, trying his best to do them justice. “And it could be a bit faster at the chorus, but those are my only notes!” He exclaimed, smiling.

––––––––––––––– HE WAS ALWAYS happy when someone appreciated the work he did. for beau, it seemed like all of his long nights and stressed-filled years of training were worth it. not to mention competing on century select. the validation served his self esteem well and he could feel proud of himself at the end of the day. “ personally, i’m more of an ‘ i don’t dance ’ guy, myself. getcha head in the game was just a little too cheesy for me. ” humoring minho, he chuckled softly as he turned his attention to the other’s dancing. “ okay, i think i got it. six count and faster at the chorus. ” a short nod followed his words before he practiced the moves with the adjustments the other idol had given him. “ now, how was that? ”

––––––––––– with the last beat of the song ringing in his ears, along with his own heart beat, beau finished the dance. it had taken weeks, but he had finally choreographed something good. well, something he was proud to present to anyone other than his own two eyes. relaxing out of the final dance pose, he ran a hand through his hair and turned around. “ alright, what’d you think? and be honest. if it looks like a bad high school musical getcha head in the game choreography, please tell me. ”

rooah:

rooah can’t help but smile at seeing beau, “how long have you been standing there? i hope i didn’t keep you waiting too long.” rooah had the habit of getting carried away when he played piano; often forgetting his surroundings. “but good, i would never want to scare you.” rooah muses as he turns over on the piano bench to face beau. rooah looks back at the piano at beau’s comment and gives a small shrug. “it just came natural to me, i guess? but i can teach you a basic nursery song, if you want. or chopsticks, that’s pretty easy too.” rooah offers beau as he pats the empty spot on the piano bench in invitation.

–––––––––––––– “ it hasn’t been long. i was just taking a stroll through the neighborhood and heard the music. ” beau released a soft chuckle from his chest as he made his way closer to rooah. “ it’s my extra large hands. my fingers probably get tangled up together when i try to play anything. ” the younger boy slid next to the older on the piano bench with a smile. he might not be good at this, but he’d take a shot at it. as he did with everything. beau was the type of person to try anything at least once. instruments, he had tried more than once. but, they always fascinated him, so he tried and tried again. regardless if he was actually any good––––– or not.

rooah:

rooah sits in front the piano tapping mindlessly at the keys. today’s training was surprisingly light compared to the other days, so he’s not exhausted. although, he’s not up for doing anything particularity strenuous for the rest of the day. he turned to the piano to help him relax. rooah loved that he could just play piano whenever he wanted. he didn’t have hide from someone, unless he was skipping training, but there wasn’t a consequence for strengthening his skills. he’s spaced out looking at the wall before him. once he pulls himself out his trance, rooah realizes he’s playing ‘moonlight sonata’ and he’s not alone. he stops playing all together and small laugh escapes him, “i promise i’m okay, i’m just bored. i hope i didn’t scare you with my dramatics.”

–––––––––––––––––– MUSIC. that’s the sound he heard from the hallway. beau had just been passing by when he heard it and it didn’t take him long to gauge exactly where it was coming from. he slipping into the room seemingly unnoticed. which, was an amazing feat considering beau never went anywhere quietly. he leaned against the wall behind his group member and listened silently. doing his best not to disturb the other when he was clearly in a trance. the music was as soothing as it was somber and beau was glad he took the time to listen. “ scare me? never. ” a smirk flitted against his features in accompaniment to his comment. “ you’re really good at that,” he gestured to the piano, “ i couldn’t play an instrument if i tried. it’s like rocket science to me. ”

“tell me about it. i think half of the time the only sleep you get is if you sleep in weird places.” she always ends up closing her eyes in the car, or in the make up chair, or when she’s sitting waiting for anything. she may never actually sleep, but it’s better than nothing. “i’ve never slept under a table though,” she says with a laugh. “i think all idols should have the time pausing ability. it would do wonders for us.”

––––––––––––––––– “ i think on average i sleep probably four hours in my own bed? maybe five? but the other hours of sleep? anywhere we go. usually in vans or planes or other transportation. ” beau nods his head in agreement with her sentiment. “ you should try it sometime. it’s a shady area and no one is there to bother you. it’s even better if you take a blanket or a jacket with you to use as a pillow or blanket. i’ve been out for three hours straight while the others got their make-up done. ”
