Off to yoga
I joined a yoga club
So after years of dipping in and out of yoga and meditation I have joined a proper yoga club, hopefully with the idea of regular yoga practice and eventually teaching meditation again. So today was Hot Thai Yoga...totally chilled out, lots of deep breathing and stretching and twisting ...great work out
