Jazz shoots Sunstreaker a single incredulous look before scooping up his datapad and standing. He had been enjoying some time spent in a public area where at least he could appreciate the illusion of being social, but he finds now that heâd rather be anywhere else.
âAre you even supposed to be talkinâ to me, man?â he asks as he heads for the door, and he thinks he does an admirable job of masking the bitterness that threatens to spill over. âIâm not lookinâ for more trouble.â
âwhy wouldnât I be allowed to talk to you?â
itâs a very good question considering jazz is spouting nonsense. jazz knows something sunstreaker doesnât, he assumes, but that isnât anything out of the ordinary. the weird thing is that jazz is under the impression that sunstreaker is privy to this information as well. itâs like he missed a pivotal episode of as the kitchen sinks and now everyone is either in a coma or faking their own death without any kind of context; baffling and irritating.Â
âif you have something you want to say, Iâm all audio receptors.â
