Chapter 23 is up, as promised! Slammed full of emotion and tears but hopefully a nice conclusion to that Slow Burn tag! Jeez Aizawa, take 110,000 words to confess why don't you!

I was at work late on Thursday, as is often the case. But being almost winter it meant it was getting dark outside. The cleaner had gone around turning all the lights off, so only the emergency exit signs and car park lights through the window lit the empty office, so I took this pic as I was packing up to head home… I think after I’ve finished my Dragon fic, I might do another short story for the backrooms/liminal space quirk fic 😁

(Next time this happens I’ll go into the dark areas and get more pics of the empty office)

Finished at 13408 words before I start editing. Damn that’s a long chapter. And I am so excited to share it!! This weekend fingers crossed!!!

I am still writing chapter 22 of the AiDeku dragon fic… it’s over 11,000 words and there’s easily still another couple of thousand to write. And then edit… There’s a certain point I want to reach before I close the chapter and it’s just taking more words to reach than I anticipated 😬

Nothing quite beats a 17 min drive to the train station, a 65 min train, a 10 min walk… for an appointment with the psychiatrist who will say “everything ok? Let me see your blood pressure, ok here’s your next adhd script, see you in 6 months” and it will cost me $250

Drawing when I’m unwell: ah relaxation, time is meaningless, I’m feeling this shade of summery yellow.

Writing when feeling unwell: my head hurts, what’s that word again? Did I just write “obviously” twice in the same paragraph? What part comes next? Did I already cover that section - scrolls up, gets lost in text, what was I doing?

I handed in my final piece of Japanese coursework this morning! 🥳🥳🥳 Now this means I can spend some time (when not at work or parenting) continuing with my AiDeku dragon fic! 🥰 First though, I’m going out to celebrate!
