Friday is back and biceps day. Workout went by fast today, tomorrow is shoulders and legs.
Ugh, the house is moved but my garage is stacked front to back full of boxes. And somewhere in all that pile is my workout equipment just waiting to be set up and used again. Hopefully soon my plates and bars, soon.
New shoulder and leg workout today. Felt pretty good too. Having some back doms from yesterday's new back workout too, guess that means they are working new muscles, sweet.
Friday morning workout. Wrist is feeling better, was able to curl by starting in hammer curl position and twist to bicep curl on the way up.
Thursday morning workout. Wrist still wasn't ready for close grip bench press, but getting better.
Saturday is leg and shoulder day. Wrist is still not ready for Arnold press and overhead press, so shoulders were cut in half. Split squats got cut by one cause me knees said they were done with them today. Listen to your body folks.
On top of my normal core, which I didn't post since it's always the same, here is today's workout. The bicep curls became hammer curls, and was able to find a grip position with the ez curl bar for barbell curls. Hoping the sprain gets healed soon.
Forgot to post yesterday's leg day workout, but here is the one from today. Chest and Triceps from a guy pushing the 50 year old mark. Turned 48 yesterday and feeling great.
Friday morning workout. Got lots to do this weekend, starting off with tomorrow's workout then going house looking. Followed by the starting of packing I believe.
Monday morning workout done. Was a good workout and now time for work.
Sunday morning workout with the thunder and rain in the background. Good workout day.

Friday afternoon workout. Had a rough night for sleep helping my wife after her surgery, so I slept thru my alarm this morning. So I snuck out at lunch got my workout done.
Thursday morning workout is done. Over 2 hours on the garage working out but got it done.
Welcome to my Tuesday morning workout. Shoulders and legs, and ran out of time. No overhead press to save the shoulders, and no split squats since my 2 hour mark was up and I had to get ready for work.
Here we go, Monday morning workout for today. Tomorrow is leg day, along with shoulders...sometimes I wonder why I do this again? Then go and get it done.
Its Sunday all, not ready for the work week tomorrow, but what are you gonna do? Here was this morning workout, jacked up my shoulder somehow on my first bench press so it screwed everything else up for the rest of the workout. Will try again tomorrow with different muscle groups
