That’s great still pretty new to this myself. Longest I have Kept one in is just over two week then left it for a day or so and then put a new one in. What’s the longest to keep them in for that you feel is safest. I just love the no feeling of wanting to go to the toilet and the no feeling of a full bladder. Any advise you can give me ?
