A while back now I made a Leafy comic around a poem I wrote; and in light of BFDIA's finale, I made a Firey version one too!!

I have nobody to show this to because I think I either outweirded, bored, or scared off everybody in the DV server. So im throwing this at tumblr with expectation of similar lack of traction.

I wrote this for the Drifterverse DC Server based as a counterarguement for the Sinner's contract made by the AU creator (Anita Draws on Tiktok, idk if she has a tumblr.) I'm not a law student, but I do have an interest in law, so I made an OC dedicated to the cause of breaking the Sinner's contract and wrote this from his perspective.

I hope the Knight works at Fangamer gag ages well when their identity is revealed. This was going to be a comics compilation with 2 other strips, but this one got long and I wanted it in time for Holiday. This was meant to be last in that compilation, so enjoy some gags that progress backwards when the others come out. These comics were inspired by the Ralsei plush sitting on my desk. It fell over and was just too far for me to really bother uprighting it, so he's been flashing gooch at me for months. I knew I learned 3D modeling for a good reason (ignoring the terrible topology)

Distant Memory --- some yapping under the cut ✨---------

This is an idea I've had for a while now, originally was going to have Tenna turn on his screen and show a birthday cake to Kris to blow the candles but I thought Asgore being the one to do it made more sense, Tenna still showed something on his screen though, so it's kinda like both did it XD I love, LOVE the idea of Tenna adopting some Asgore and Toriel mannerisms, so I made Asgore do a similar expression to Tenna's whispering sprite. Him having a little party hat too, I like the idea that Tenna is a bit of a character Asgore made up of the TV to play with both his children. I also gave younger Carol a slightly different haircut, I wanted to give her bangs that kinda look like a pine tree branch lol. So yeah, really wanted to give it a very nostalgic vibe, I myself really miss the birthdays or holidays we used to have in the family when I was little with all my cousins, uncles, aunts and grandparents, now we don't really get together like that again for various reasons, cousins have their own families, left to live far away, some family members are not in good terms with each other and stuff.

A little bonus because they are singing Spamton's anthem there lol

Mettaton NEO and Mettaton EX, I was sooo excited when the new version of EX came out, and I did draw it but never post it. NEO is my favorite of all the Mettatons, I adore him so so so so so so so so so so so so so much.

I'm a little unhappy with their expressions, they looked freakier in the sketch /sighh

PART 2 --[HERE] I had so much fun working on this! but yeah, gosh I had trouble coming up with the title, admittedly I didn't think of it until now lol may change it later, I'm not that familiar with western movies or series or terms so sorry if it's kinda bland lol This Shadowguy here is a semi-oc I suppose? he's based on one of the Shadowguys that's a cowboy on the wild west shoot out section of TV world :D and also in part inspired of the friend inside me meme of course lol and yeah, hope you enjoy the comic so far!

wanted to do something fun inspired on the friend inside me meme but with a Shadowguy and also like I tried to put there the shadow mantle sneaking into TV world, so this would kinda fit between chapter 1's ending and/or during chapter 2 when Tenna is plugged in again 😆

the colors may differ a bit from part 1 because I don't remember what I did to make the reds less bright in the first 8 pages but this is close enough! I wanted to try an almost flat and not too saturated comic style but I still gotta lot to learn if I want to replicate that kinda comic style better, so here I just did what came to mind in the moment 😅

I also wanted to include some Sunset riders references but I couldn't really fit any on here, here's a few things I also didn't include Jongler coming up with a backstory for themselves or just that were they came from was a very western/cowboy inspired house, and the TV there was like their parent, later they were bought by the Dreemurs on a garden sale or something to that style, didn't include it because I thought it could make things a bit unnecessarily long and I wasn't too convinced of this headcanon anyways lol

there's Battat also running over cows, it was a reference to Sunset riders where they do that.
