gaia was in my dream last night and once again it was her just kinda showing up while i was otherwise having a nightmare. she showed up and at once i became completely distracted from whatever bullshit was going on, i was just like omggg hi gaia ^_^ how are you doing! and started petting her soft fur. it was her from when she was already inoperable, i could feel the tumor on her, but other than that she was looking healthy, and she spun around me and gave me head bonks and we snuggled. it was so nice, i hope this keeps happening... it doesnt make me sad anymore (for now), it just cheers me up a little to get to spend a little more time with her even though its not for real. her impact on my life is forever and the joy and comfort and love that she brings are coded into my brain. and every detail of her, how it feels to touch her fur, her purrs and mews and snores, it's all there
