but here is a years progress from march 2022 to march 2023

lost over 15kg

i still want to lose another 5/10 kilos seeing as i put on 2 since march

posting this to inspire me. i’ve come a fair way this past year and i need to keep on going! wahoo!

I'll start cutting back on food.

I'll drink more water.

I'll use my exercise bike.

I'll measure certain areas with a piece of wool and cut it. That will be my measuring tool.

My dad told me to lose weight, but not take the easy way out. It is clear he was talking about ed. Bro, you think sitting in front of fried chicken and keeping my hand down is easy? You think working at 2 restaurants and not eating is easy? You talk about not eating for an entire 20 hours because of work, your keeping busy. I'm sitting and scrolling tumblr at 30hrs of my 48 hr fast. It is so easy to get up and grab a snack, but I'm sitting and chugging water. You can shut up about "the easy way out" because Ana is the most stressful thing I have ever come across, and I'm in geometry. Dad can screw off.
