I had a dream that there were Jerma impersonators. Like Elvis impersonators, but for Jerma. And like Elvis impersonators, a large majority of them could officiate weddings. So Jerma did a stream where he managed to hire as many as he could to officiate a wedding between himself and another Jerma impersonator. It was just a church full of Jermas all speaking over each other, while Real Jerma was trying to get them to settle down.

as liberating as the sentiment of "create shitty art" posts are, and how much i am absolutely for rejecting any standard of "objective" quality, i think its really sad that people who participate in raw creative expression are supposed to have this self awareness that their art is less valuable or exceptionally flawed compared to other works. like no, most likely your poem is not shitty, your painting is not shitty, your work is not bad. it is inherently valuable and a blessing to this world

Process documentation for one of my latest projects- upcycling an old dresser! Found free on the curb in my neighborhood, carved with a Dremel tool, and finished with tung oil (a fabulous idea stolen from @sleepnoises's furniture refurbishing adventures). She now safeguards most of my art supplies :)
