My mom left an eviction notice for the carpenter bees burrowing into our porch
the "you aren't friends" really sells it.
Car fucking broke again emergency commissions! (It's been a hot minute since I've done digital art, so please bear with these older examples)
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME:
All works are done in MS Paint
I can draw both fanart, or art featuring original characters
I do both SFW and NSFW art
As far as NSFW art goes, I'm open to a variety of things, but I have full right to refuse a commission if I don't vibe with what I'm being asked to draw. I won't kinkshame you, but I will turn you down if I feel your request is a bit too far put of my wheelhouse.
In any case, I will not draw any sort of inappropriate art involving minors. This goes for NSFW as well as SFW.
I will not draw anything that's considered bigoted. Take your business elsewhere.
For the sake of my workload and my brain, only a maximum of two characters per commission please.
If your commission is of an original character, please provide either reference material of your OC, or reference material of what your character would look like if there is no existing art of them. I do best with visual aids.
I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TERFS
I'm currently opening eight slots, please check the notes of this post for updates regarding availability!

Did you know someone made a parody blog inspired by you? All they did is switch the first letters of bace and jeleren! Haha its crazy
You joke, but there are literally parody blogs of me
Didn’t u have a bee parody blog once?

There's high demand for a new program to encourage Minnesota homeowners to replace part of their lawn with native plants that provide food and shelter for bees and other insects.
The Lawns to Legumes program will be holding at least 20 workshops around Minnesota to teach landowners how to make their yards more pollinator-friendly. Efforts are also being made to change local ordinances that require short, grass-only lawns.
The program also provides funding to homeowners within the habitat of the endangered rusty patched bumblebee, who can apply for up to $500 to help convert their yard to bumblebee habitat.
According to Dan Shaw, senior ecologist for the Board of Water and Soil Resources:
“There is research showing that even small plantings can provide a lot of benefit for pollinators, especially if we have enough of them and can create a matrix of the habitat, it can provide a lot of benefits for different pollinators.”
Thanks to @quantumzoop for sending this in!
This is really wonderful, it’s a program that will be providing public applicants with money to turn their property into a more pollinator-friendly habitat!
We need this in every county, in every state. Imagine being able to apply for funds to turn your own yard into a habitat for threatened & endangered pollinators. That’s making a difference!
That said, if you’re not a Minnesota resident, I followed links in the article to this

Bee Quilt
The material has been hand dyed with turmeric, tea and onions skins. Then hand printed with lino cuts to represent the larvae, workers, drones and the single queen bee. The quilt was then then pieced, quilted and bound by hand.
The bees are arranged in a rough imitation of the structure of a hive: the queen is surrounded by workers, each drone and larvae are attended by their own workers, while others form a circle to represent a “bee dance” and some stand guard at the entrance to the hive.
