Fairy Garden | Camille Chew
A magical fairy garden themed pattern. Available on Society6. Challenging myself to make a new pattern every month, this one’s for June.
magick spiced hot cocoa
during the colder months, a cup of hot cocoa can bring wonderful warmth and coziness. you can add a few spices to bring magick into the mug that inspires happiness, healing, and self-love. you will need:
☾ ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (self love and grounding)
☾ ½ cup granulated sugar (granting wishes)
☾ 1/3 cup hot water
☾ ¼ tsp salt
☾ 4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
☾ 1 tsp vanilla extract (love, restoring lost energy)
☾ 1 tsp fresh orange zest (abundance and happiness)
☾ a pinch of ground nutmeg (attracting prosperity)
☾ a pinch of allspice (warmth and healing)
combine the cocoa, sugar, salt, nutmeg and allspice with the water in a pot over medium heat. stir constantly until the mixture boils; continue stirring constantly for 1 more minute.
stir in the milk and continue to heat the mixture, without letting it boil. remove from heat and add vanilla and orange zest. serve immediately.

☄️ alternative grimoire prompts ☄️
🌙 do you knit? write knitting patterns in your grimoire and use knot magick to imbue them with intention
🌙 you could do something similar to the above with bracelet weaving patterns
🌙 paperclip sewing patterns for poppets or spell bags into your grimoire. or, put them in a pocket!
🌙 create a ‘local grimoire’ with a map of your area, labeled with any areas of high energy, local folklore, common plants etc
🌙 learn to make simple pop-up pages and create pop up travel altars for any deities etc that you worship
🌙 create a sigil grid and laminate it. use a dry wipe marker on it and create sigils without wasting paper
🌙 create an ancestral family tree page. use pressed leaves and flowers to create the tree effect
🌙 create a window in the front of your book. put sigils for different intentions, current moon phases in it etc to help your grimoire aid you in whatever you need it to at the time
🌙 compare two tarot cards from different decks. what makes them similar, or different?
🌙 write in your playlists for boosting certain moods. the magic of music is very real!

I want to work on revamping my tumblr and starting a blog what kind of content are you most excited to see?
I’d like to focus on Tarot Spreads for sure but Sigil Work, Potions, Kitchen Witchcraft, Spell Jars, and Candle making are also things I’d like to focus more on / already feel more confident in.
The Week Ahead Spread
Hello everyone! This is a tarot spread that I’ve been using for the past few weeks, and I have found it really helpful so I thought I would share it with you folks!
The spread has three sections, you can use one card for each section, as many cards as you’d like. For, me some sections have one card, whilst others have multiple.
Section One: What mindset could I invoke for the upcoming week? This section is about what would be a good intent or mindset for the week. For instance, is it a week to be rational and assess? Or is it a week to find positivity in small things?
Section Two: What actions can I take this week? This section follows on from the first, and suggests how you can put this mindset into action. What practical things can be done this week? For instance, is it time to work on a career change or would it be beneficial to spend time with family?
Section Three: What results will this bring? The third section follows on from the second, and shows the possible results for this weeks work and mindset. It may be that things will be clearer once you’ve organised your surroundings, for instance.

🌈 things to remember after a failure 🌈
you’re not weak or dumb or childish if you cry
but don’t stress too much over it; will you still care about it in 4 months?
who will benefit from you being upset?
have a shower, brush your teeth, wash your face, brush your hair, try on some of your fave outfits or take some nice photos of you
go for a walk. the world is not mad at you
you’re not alone!
this is not the only thing you have in your life. you still have a lot: your friends, your family, your talents, your passions. this is a dark cloud, but it doesn’t mean it’ll rain forever!
today at some point will finally be over, and tomorrow we can try again
This is a personal comic that I’ve been working on on and off for months now, giving up and starting over and making changes and eventually just… here it is. It’s my 20th birthday today! I’m weepy and introspective. I’d appreciate it if you gave it a read.
