This post by @vonlipwig besides being really true, also made me think of poor Dr. Lokken having a crisis over Grace in the book :"D
(edit: I changed the post from the desktop to the mobile screenshot for -maybe- better readability)

Tabloids for the Project Hail Mary mission, c. 20xx. (The Sunday Times, The Times Magazine.)
fit check! i was sick of having to look up references for what clothes grace has on the mary/erid so i compiled them as best i could.
some notes: 1) i couldn't find a white long sleeve that looked the same, but it's such a simple thing i didn't feel it was that important. 2) there's a logo on his shorts but i couldn't figure out what it was, i'd guess a nasa one. 3a) i couldn't find the same bucket hat, but there's the logo. 3b) i couldn't find that tie dye shirt to save my life. 4) the jumpsuits are exactly the same except color and i could only find the full ref for white. 5) couldn't find either ilyukhina's dress or his track suit. again, the track suit is easy so no ref needed.
obviously this is just what we can be 100% certain he has, who knows what else yao and ilyukhina had packed. honestly, i would also assume he has everything he had while on the stratt vat and in baikonur since they probably just loaded all his belongings when he was shipped off.
A terrible misunderstanding....
oh no he's hot
ok i know i'm one to talk but genuinely if you think 👍 or ❤️ is "passive aggressive" you might be spending a bit too much time on your phone jeez louise
who thinks 👍 is passive aggressive i read it as an old timey mobster going "on it boss"
Whenever I use thumbs up I'm sticking my hand out from under a pile of rubble, too exhausted to speak, but signalling I'm okay
I’m tapping the feed to acknowledge the message like Murderbot
I use 👍in text exactly how I use it in meatspace: I concur in a way I am too autistic to put into words worth you consuming. "This response could have been an emoji" ass conversations you know. Say less 👍
This one goes out to my cat (and also @justcakethanks of course)

One of my favorite things about Chris Evans is that he runs like an absolute dumbass.
“He’s very fast and he also has a very unique run. I mean, it’s almost a dancer’s run. And when we tried to double him for running, there was nobody who could run like him. They just didn’t have the same dynamics or the way he moves, and he had to end up doing most of his own running.”
– Joe Johnston, director of ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’
He DOES run like a dancer cause he learned dance when he was young Like the boy knows how to tap you learn to walk on your feet in really different ways my brother and I both stand weird from dance training I stand in first or second position like 85% of the time or fourth fourth position is v comfortable but yeah yeah yeah dancers run different we land on the balls of our feet and then leap off cause we don’t run we jump okay very quickly and very small jumps And your hips stay locked which is not just a dance thing but they do I could always pick my brother out at football practice cause he ran like a damn gazelle And track dancers man chris you meatball (via thunderboltsortofapenny)
Hi also adding that he’s probably so hard to double in running shots because he fucking *bounces* all over the place. Which makes the fact that he’s a fast runner that much more surprising because that bouncing gait is a colossal waste of energy. I can’t tell you how long it took the coaches to train that out of my brother when he was in track (I keep talking about him and not me because he was actually athletic and I was just a very good fraud).
Also women often run with that bounce because we often get trained to walk on the front soles of our feet through dance, gymnastics, wearing heels, etc.
So what they really needed was a dancer or a woman to be Evans’s running double.
He’s the bounciest little shit it is genuinely amazing
(pictured: Chris Evans completely inability to hold fucking still)
@copperbadge
“Everyone loves the way you bounce, Chris.”
“Don’t make this dirty, Robert!”
“Baby, I’m not the one bouncing. Just roll with it. Otherwise you might explode, which is far less attractive.”
“I get nervous!”
“Bless your heart, Take a deep breath in between bounces.”
“I’m bouncing myself away, watch me go!”
[RDJ Advises Chris Evans on his Life Choices]
How /do/ people who haven’t had dance training run?
I have a theory, and I realize this sounds like a slightly mean-spirited joke but it’s 100% sincere: we run trying to go forward instead of up.
I have had a minuscule amount of dance training, just enough for my parents to ascertain it was not my lot in life, but I have hung out with a lot of dancers in a lot of different styles of dance, and one thing I noticed is that they tend to be bad at “forward”. Moving forward on a level plane isn’t generally very interesting. So I knew a lot of dancers that would seemingly unconsciously vary how they moved even when walking – they’d stop and turn, dodge around things that didn’t strictly need dodging (towards, then around), or they’d bound up and down, like Evans does.
A lot of dancers are working towards training their bodies to instinctively move in specific ways, and that results in moving that way subtly even when not dancing. So dancers who run have bodies that are going “man, this looks boring, let’s mix it up” but because moving left-to-right or vice versa while running is dangerous, they tend to go for vertical levels. Also you get a lot of hang time that way which is pretty pleasing, you look very graceful leaping through the air.
Most runners who haven’t danced have bodies that are screaming “the more forward we go the sooner we can stop, right?” until you go forward enough that you can stop.
who am I to not heed to the siren allure of a reverse!au
I would give an arm and maybe a leg to see the PHM characters in your artstyle (no pressure)

I trust them with the world, not with my life though, I’d be very afraid actually
