So I finally made a thing after forever! Trying to get back into making some new art, so here's a little practice portrait in colored pencil. :) Unfortunately I made it in my small sketchbook, and I liked it, but thanks to the wonders of technology and a little bit of editing, I extended the paper into a bigger circle, yay.

Participated in my first ever #drawthisinyourstyle challenge with a work by @kellymckernan I've loved her work for awhile now, so I was super excited to make something based on her artwork, "Limerence". I kept the original composition/pose, but I had to add in some flowers and a whole lotta purple tones! Click through to see some shiny gold paint details and her original work.
