So this is a different Honda to the usual...shes got minor damage as you can see. Actually it’s a bit more serious than that, this poor old girl was a write off. In December of 2013, a Hyundai ix35 pulled out of a side road and I hit the front right wheel. The crash completely destroyed the bike and left me unconscious in the middle of the road. Luckily the Police where driving in the opposite direction and seen the whole incident. The nice Police woman woke me up and got me talking, i felt as if nothing was wrong with me but she made me stay on the ground and wait for the ambulance. At this point I went unconscious again. I woke up about 10 minutes later in the back of the ambulance. I was confused so the ambulance worker filled me with everything that had happened. All I was worried about was the bike. I was then informed that there is probably no chance of it being back on the road again. I went to the hospital and was greeted by my mum who had already seen me in the ambulance before we left the scene. Lets just say out of the two of us, she was the one who looked like she was the one who was in the crash. She was so worried but I was happy to see her. I was taken into the ward and given checks over the period of 4 or 5 hours then set free on the world. I had just suffered some minor bruises and hits but nothing that needed attention other than a support that they provided. The next day I was back up at the Animal Sanctuary where I volunteer now and again, back to playing with the animals. The poor old man who was in the car that had hit me wasn’t felling to good about the whole incident and contacted me the next day.He was so pleased to here I was ok and that everything was going good. I’ve had the money from the insurance company that covered the bike, but I haven’t had the personal injury yet. Its still being processed, although it’s getting somewhere now.
