Okay so I think I have anxiety but I'm really not sure?? I went to therapy for (essentially) anxiety, but I didn't get diagnosed for anything, and it's kind of just been a charasteristic trait of my presonality that I have a "nervous temprament" (whatever the fuck that means) but I don't think I do, I think it might be anxiety.

And I might have done the stupid thing and brought out the DSM-5 for a fun and engaging read, but it kinda just reinforced my belief that I have anxiety, becauase I meet 5 out of 6 qualifying marks for GAD (according to the DSM-5), But I'm really unsure if I actually do or if my brain is just giving me a "quick fix"

like what if everything I've been thinking about for the past 6 months has been a big misunderstanding and I'm actually a massive fucking fraud who lies to herself all the fucking time.

Right, so I recently have been posting less (nonexistent lol) and I kinda wanted to explain why, before I start posting more regularly again.

I, and some people might already know this, haave recently moved countries. I wanted to use the new-ish start to "reinvent" myself? not in a bad way, I just made a lot of goals that I got really focused on, like fixing a leg proportion thing that I didn't like (IDK how to explain it really, I just needed to do a shit ton of squats). But I also discovered how HARD the schoolwork actually is here, and also it's my first time actually having homework.

yeah so basically I got really stressed out and my GAD got (properly) diagnosed after I had an anxiety attack in the middle of design class and I ran to the bathroom because I didn't realise I'd been crying ITS FINE
