We're excited to have Ryan Lachaine of @rielhouston, Rich Parente of @clocktowergrill, & Ned Elliott of @foreigndomestic joining our chef Chris Aycock in our kitchen this Friday, July 28 & Saturday, July 29. Here are some items they're planning: Snapper crudo, citrus, fennel soubis, prosecco Hudson Valley seared foie gras, guava, lychee, flat bread, micro greens Apple wood smoked pork belly, blueberry mustarda, field pea summer succotash, bacon braised collard greens Torched togarashi blackfin tuna, kale-napa kimchi, gochujong butter, grilled spring onions Lobster, pickled cho cho, asian pear, hot and sour Wood fired pomegranate, garlic, and rosemary marinated arrachera steak, roasted baby new potatoes, grilled cauliflower, golden raisins, black olives, feta cheese puree Hudson Valley duck confit fritter - cured & smoked duck breast, pickled mango, papaya puree Three sorbets with wonton Drangonfruit purple basil / wasabi sesame Mango Ginger / sriracha pea Coconut black sesame / five spice We'll add more apps, entrees, a pizza, and desserts once the chefs get in town.
