How did you get so fat? Were you always a big guy, how did it happen?

Nah, in my 20's I weighed 128 pounds and wore 28 pants. Quarantine did a number on my waistline, although over the years I went from the 28 pants to 34's. I have become diabetic and started insulin. The side effects are weight gain! Currently a 50 inch belly and 48 inch waist
