I think Arboliva is very elegant , but there is a severe lack of content of it and I struggled greatly attempting to find anything of substance I could use .

medical question perhaps..? how much sleep deprivation is too much sleep deprivation.. like when will i start getting sick and passing out midday if i lay down.. because i want to like toe the border

It highly depends on how you react to how much sleep you get - sometimes , people feel fine and energized after a 2 hour rest . Some people can sleep for a while and still feel exhausted .

Currently , though , I feel like it's surprising you haven't been experiencing any adverse symptoms due to this .

I would not recommend going any lower than your current sleep hours , and also to definitely rest during the day as well . . . you're playing with fire , as sleep deprivation and insomnia can cause far worse symptoms than one might think .
