The concept for this piece is a "movie night sleepover" where everyone brings their favorite snacks and DVDs!

But you might notice… no one is actually watching the movie except for Caine. Why? Because he’s making them sit through a 4-hour documentary called "The Life of a Bee" LOL

While he’s fully invested, everyone else has officially checked out and is just enjoying their own free time!

how funny tadc may be the show that defines the existential dilemma of the late 2020s. no wonder so many people deeply resonate with its theme of finding autonomy among the insane circumstances they find themselves in, very much paralleling our real world as we know it. zooble was actively mourning the future they always hoped for themselves, that they wanted to leave their mark on the world. to abandon that felt like betrayal of the self, proving to others their own worth with something to offer. tadc came at the right time where a lot of people are questioning what autonomy they have in this world. many feel robbed of opportunities and missing important life milestones from the pandemic, all while AI continues to pose as a serious threat to our livelihoods on a very fundamental level. for the characters in the digital circus, radically accepting the situation does not mean it is any less of a shitty one, but moreso poses the question: so things didn’t go as planned, how will you live your life? build and strengthen connections with those around you and you’ll foster hope with every exchange. in turn, you inspire them to keep living, day by day.

I caught myself wondering… what would Jax look like if he were truly, deeply enjoying music? How would he smile if he wasn't wearing his mask? So, I just let my imagination run wild and drew this.
