I feel for this concept, April as Jim would have Ice-Cream kitty as an alien Space goo-ey cat. Like slime or somethin. While Jim would have a shape-shifter bird. Based on the fact Morph is actually Long Silver’s parrot but an alien companion version of it.

Something I liked about this concept was the way April and Jim take back-stabbing so personal. April back when the turtles mutated her father and when Karai beat the heck out of her when she thought they were friends showed she actually hated being taken advantage of or putting her loved ones in danger. Showing she takes into a more personal level whenever someone’s harms her comfort or even takes stuff of her own against her.

While Jim, showed aggression and disdain towards those he felt he couldn’t trust. Just like April, he seems to HATE when people take advantage of him, like when Silver tricked him and used his insecurities and the role of the father he never had to just take the map. Jim was less edgy, he did not have that dark shadow in his face like before that showed he was closed and had walls around him for protection.

Both April and Jim seem to hate being helpless or being not enough to afford something to the team. Like April feeling she was not a good kunoichi or Jim feeling he was stuck as a useless cabin boy (also the guilt of supposedly being the reason why someone in the crew died)

But also, if I only swapped Jim and April then Donnie would have a crush on Jim or something??? LMAOOO, that would be crazy. Hell nah 💔
