Have you ever seen those Videos where a person with the very small dog (who is VERY clearly both Very Used to this and also Very Much Enjoys It) basically does a spa routine with the small dog? Like Cucumbers over the eyes, the dogs wearing a fluffy robe, their putting Vaseline on the dogs paws and nose, and the dog just lays there So Perfectly Happy with a dopey doggy grin?
That’s Desmond once the circus crews comfortable with him- Desmond’s a Big Ass Eagle who has the urge to preen everything he can get his hands on- and he’s running warm water and soft cloths and brushes,
He Moisturizing Big Paws and brushing fur and fixing the Doctors Feathers and The Circus Crew have no Idea what’s happening but they’re in heaven it’s great
Desmond’s basically a walking super calculator and the guys using all that Skill to figure out what scented soap each monster likes best and I Love For Him
Des is the type of guy who needs A Project- wether that be Infiltrating an Enemy Base or just a simple carpentry projects- he’s a guy who likes to be hands on- so having 6 Big Ass Monsters he can both Motherhen and buy shit for and Do Stuff With is very enriching for him
You know that post that’s like ‘if you don’t give a work dog something to do, they’ll MAKE something to do’ and because they’re INCREDIBLY intelligent Hyper Active Canines they’re usually making some form of trouble?
