Ingredients
-fish fillet (any kind)
-squash
-carrot
-bell pepper
-onion
-salt and pepper to taste
-2pcs egg
-lumpia wrapper
-oil
HOW TO COOK
i used fresh sardines fish, put in a pot with water, salt and pepper let it boil you,can use
also left over fish or any kind of fish as you
like 😉
chop all vegatables in small pieces, squash, carrot, bell pepper and onion i used chopper
for easy way 😉👍
in a big bowl make the fish remove the thorn
fillet it in small pieces
add vegetables and mix all together add pepper, salt and 2 eggs
Next, by placing 2 tbsp of the kalabasa mixture in a lumpia wrapper and rolling it into your desired size
Fry in a very hot pan filled with oil. Cook until brown and that’s our dish!
You can eat it as is or paired with your favourite dish This Lumpia recipe tastes really good!

How to cook
-in a pot add water put pata and salt let it boil
-remove extra scum
-saute garlic and onion
-add boiled pork pata but dont throw the water you can use it later
-add 4tbsp of vinegar dont stir let vinegar cook in 3-5 mins
-add 3tbsp of soysauce simmer in 3mins
-transfer it in a big pot with broth water
let it boil
-add laurel and pepper simmer in 5mins
-add sugar 2-3tbsp or depend on your taste
-add banana blossom
-add bread crumbs to make the sauce thickness

3 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3 1/2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Instant yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, unsalted (divided, 1/4 cup mixed
in the dough and 1/4 cup for brushing)
1/2 cup Creamed unsalted butter
2/3 cup Water (lukewarm)
how to make
-in a small bowl dissolve instant yeast in a ⅓ cup of lukewarm water. Set aside.
-While waiting for the yeast to blossom, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl
-Next, add dissolved yeast mixture, eggs,
evaporated milk, ¼ cup of melted butter, and remaining ⅓ cup of water
Using a spatula mix for about 10 minutes, until a soft sticky dough has formed
-Scrape the sides while folding the dough in
the middle of the bowl and then cover with kitchen towel
-Scrape the sides of the bowl while tipping the sticky dough over to the thinly floured
working surface
-Roll the dough into a log and cut into 2. Roll each log again and cut into 2. Repeat this process until you end up with 16 slices
-Using a rolling pin, roll a slice and brush the surface with softened butter. Roll it from one end of the long side to the other end, creating a long, thin log then shape it into a coil (spiral) with the end tucked under
-Place each coiled dough in a greased mold and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until it has risen to almost double its size
-Bake them in a preheated oven at 300°F /150°C for 20-25 minutes
-Once baked let them cool down for a few minutes
-Using a brush cover the top of the ensaymadas with butter and lastly with sugar

For the Bread Dough
1 and 1/4 cups warm milk 105-115 F
2 and 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
4 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, divided + up to 1/8 cup extra for kneading
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
2 large eggs lightly beaten
3/4 cup bread crumbs for coating the bread
1/4 cup evaporated milk
For the Spanish Bread Filling
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
Make the Bread Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes or until foamy. Add the eggs, sugar, oil and salt. Stir. Add 4 1/2 cups of flour, one cup at a time while stirring. The mixture will turn into a shaggy dough.
Turn the dough over on a floured board and knead it until it is smooth and elastic, about 6-10 minutes. As you knead, dust your hands and your board as needed to help with the stickiness. You may need to use up to 1/8 cup of additional flour.
Shape the dough into a ball and place it a bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 and 1/2 hours, or until the size is doubled. You can make the filling at this point.
Spanish Bread Filling
Heat the butter in a small saucepan until it is bubbly. Add the flour and the breadcrumbs and stir the mixture for few seconds. imediately add the milk and keep stirring until the mixture loosens up a bit. Stir for 30 seconds more and turn off heat. Stir in the sugar well until it is incorporated. Set aside to cool. This mixture is a chunky paste.
*** back to the dough***
Gently punch the dough down and divide it into 18-20 portions. Using a small rolling pin, flatten each portion into an oval that is about the size of your hands. Spread about a tablespoon of the filling across the surface of the dough and roll it into a log. Repeat with all the other portions. Arrange the rolls in a large baking tray. Brush evaporated milk on each of the rolls and dip them in breadcrumbs. Cover them loosely with plastic wrap or clothe and let them rise for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Bake the Spanish bread for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly golden.

-1/2 chicken
-1 1/2 cup basmati rice
-onion
-tomato
-carrot
-potato
-2tbsp tomato paste
-chili
-1/4 tsp red chili powder
-1/4 tsp cumin powder
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-1/4 tsp coriander
-6pcs green cardamon
-6pcs cloves
-1tsp lemon juice
HOW TO COOK
-saute chili onion and tomato
-add chicken stir in 5mins
-add red chili powder, cumin, turmeric
corriander, green cardamon and cloves
add tomato paste and stir
-add 3 cups of water and chicken cubes
let it boil in 30 mins
-when it start to boil add potato and carrot
add lemon and continue simmer in 30mins
-take out the chicken, carrot and potato
in a pan set aside
-put rice in a pot add 1 cup of water
cover it let cook
-let the chicken put in oven preheat in
30mins or until golden brown

INSTRUCTIONS
How to Cook the Milk Mixture :
In a bowl mix the 2 types of flour until well combined.
In a non stick pan, add the rice mixture, white sugar, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla.
Turn the heat to medium and stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
Transfer into a plate and set aside to cool.
How to Cook the Chocolate Mixture :
In a bowl mix the 2 types of flour until well combined.
In the same pan, pour the rice mixture and add the coconut milk, brown sugar, cocoa, vanilla and peanut.
Turn the heat to medium and stirring constantly until oily and smooth.
Transfer into a plate and set aside to cool.
Wrapping and Steaming the suman;
Prepare the leaves for wrapping by passing over stove flame, brush with butter or margarine.
Take a heaping table spoon of chocolate mixture and roll into a 3/4" log shape by hands.
Do the same process on the plain milk mixture.
Place the 2 logs side by side and twist to form a thicker two color log.
Place the log in 2 pieces of banana leaves, roll and tie a string at both end to secure.
Steam for 30 minutes in a double boiler container or steamer.

Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place until the dough has doubled in volume; about 1 hour.
Step 4
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 4 equal pieces. Form each piece into a cylinder and roll out until the 'log' is 1/2 inch in diameter. Using a sharp knife, cut each 'log' into 1/2 inch pieces. Place the pieces, flat side down, Gently press each roll down to flatten.
Step 5
Cover the rolls with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in volume, about 30 minutes
Step 6
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

MARINADE
1/4kg pork, chopped into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
3 tbsp corn flour
2 eggs
DEEP FRYING
1 cup corn flour
2 ½ cups oil
SAUCE
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
½ green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can pineapple chunk
2tbsp white sugar
1/4 sugar vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 carrot, chopped
1 tbsp cornstarch
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients with the pork. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge 20 minutes.
Place the corn flour in a large bowl and toss the marinated pork chunks until liberally coated. make it 2nd coat by returning in marinated bowl and back to coated again.
In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the oil to 350˚F (180°C).
Deep fry the pork pieces for about 3-4 minutes until the coating is golden brown and the pork is cooked throughout. Set aside.
For the sauce, place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the oil.
Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add onion.
Add carrot and simmer in 2mins
Add ketshup,vinegar and juice of pineapple chunk simmer in 5mins before you can stir. simmer in 5-10 mins or until the carrot is cooked.
Add sugar and pineapple and 1/2 cup of water stir. add salt if needed. bring to boil.
Add bell pepper and stir in 2mins. Add the pork to the frying pan and coat everything evenly with the sauce.
mix 1tbsp corn starch in 2tbsp water mix well and put in a pan.stir. when the sauce is will become thickness. SERVE HOT. ENJOY.
