I have a stupid idea for a get rich quick scheme.

Step 1: Acquire credit card with good rewards/cash back. Step 2: Buy pokemon cards with said credit card. Step 3: Rip packs on youtube for ad revenue. Step 4: Sell the cards back to the card store. I think between the ad revenue from ripping and selling the cards back you'll about break even, then with the reward points you'll basically be able to get a buncha free airline miles. It's basically Punch Drunk Love but with Pokemon cards. My wife will not let me try this. Someone please try this and let me know if it works.

the whole reason why they're so unnerving is BECAUSE there's nothing in them!! because they're unrelentingly liminal and lonely and uncomforting. there shouldn't be a monster guy in there chasing you. you should glimpse other humans (?) from a distance but they walk away before you can close the gap and then they're gone. things should run away from YOU. do u get it

"there's a monster in there" great so now it's just another place for a monster to be. ridiculous

fine I will concede: you CAN actually put something in there while maintaining the vibes, but it should complement the location instead of just being a generic scary guy you could put literally anywhere
