Misty’s Trailer

I am very excited to share with everyone my very first sims 3 creation and first sims creation in general: Misty’s Trailer! This lot was made specifically for @Gruesim’s Saint Greer Islands, to be put on 2 Sunflower Gardens. I searched for a lot to put there on the exchange, mts, etc. and the one’s I did found either didn’t fit the world (in my opinion) or DID fit the world but wasn’t the right size, so I took matters into my own hands and BOOM here it is!! I plan to make more lots in the future but for now enjoy this cute little build! Feel free to tag me in any scenery, or any tweaks you made to make it your fitting.

Calming Waters

Hiya!!! I’m back with another build. This is another house meant for my favorite world, Saint Greer Islands. It’s to be placed exactly at 1 Banyan’s End and it is a 25x40 residential lot. This was easy to make, considering I built it in only one day. For the sake of your own style and decorating skills and to make it whatever you’d like, it is completely unfurnished on the inside. I put balconies with flower boxes, but if you don’t like it like that feel free to change it. I’d love to see my lots in your game, feel free to tag me!!!! (P.S. I’m trying to take better screenshots, if anyone has great tips please let me know, thanks.)

The Surf Shack is run by a family who prefers to remain anonymous, but they always hire teens or college students who could use the extra simoleons. Located next to the beach, the surf shack has all of the wares a surfer could want. There might even be some herbs laying around the lot secretly planted by some stoner college employees. (True story. Look around for them! :D)

Sunlit Tides - I used some rocks that came with the world. They’re mostly used as decor so they’re not an absolute necessity but the lot won’t look the same.

Duke of Bows Renaissance Faire - Same goes here as for the rocks from ST. I used the yellow daffodils for some hints of color to match the yellow surfboards for a more cohesive look. But if you don’t mind the lot not looking the same then feel free to ignore :)

I’ve been wanting to make a coastal inspired house for quite awhile so here is the result and my gift to all of you :)

This house is a shell but I have marked out an open floor plan with a large bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms + a loft/activity area upstairs. This house does have some raised terrain so I could have a retaining wall so just be aware of that. Anyway, let’s get down to business:

Surprise! - I have created a new house and decided to put it up for download!  It is on a 25x25 sized lot in Saint Greer Islands. It was build upon 1 Tulip Place.  It is unfurnished. The current floor plan has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, dining area, spacious kitchen, front porch, back patio, and an attic-ish upstairs. SGI MASTERLIST: downloads

After two years (I guess more!!) of building in SGI, I realized I may never have enough time/patience to debug, sort cc, take pictures and share all the lots I created for it. So I decided to share the .package library files :) These may have some glitches. I am pretty sure that the Sunflower Garden won’t let you go in/out them, you must delete the fencing. Lots with empty room markers may have a bit of a strange behavior aswell (those black inaccessible rooms), you can enable buydebug and delete the markers though :)

Throw these into your The Sims 3/Library folder. The lots will only load the cc you already have on your game, you may have to replace some things. If anyone’s interested, I may upload the sims3pack version of these but I’m pretty sure that this point no one needs extra cc in their game lol. I love SGI and these lots so much. I’d love to see them in your game, feel free to tag me!!
