I'm moving this week, so I'm emptying out the tiered planter that had herbs and Strawberries into some railing and hanging planters.

Also pruned a bunch off my climbing rose, and attempting to propagate the cuttings!

New growth on the stromanthe and calathea

Picked up some discount plants at Canadian tire, two coleus and a calathea

Also bought a lemon verbena that had two plants in one pot so I potted one and planted the other in the lattice garden

Planted heuchera, foamflower, and an Evergreen clematis on the north side of the lattice, and a climbing rose on the south

Added a path along the garage

Planted my peonies under the lattice

Strawberry flowers blooming and chives

Planted some herb and flower seeds in the tiered planter

More herbs in pots

Planted the ferns I bought in the front garden

Neglected this poor calathea variegata for too long, gonna try to revive it 😓

Most of the leaves were dried up and had to be cut away, I've got it soaking currently and I might try to find a new spot for it.

Update! She's alive!

Maybe not thriving just yet but I'm stoked to see this much improvement 🙌🏻

Split and repotted some of my Stromanthe, so now I have 7 pots. Gonna gift them to some of my friends 😊

Plant shelves are looking a little chaotic right now and some plants are barely hanging on with the reduced lighting over the winter

Got some columbine (top 3 pots) sprouting from the seeds I collected from the store bought ones two tears ago, so that's a pleasant surprise. As well as three Thunbergia (bottom white pot)!

The bleeding heart I thought was dead has returned!! 💕

My strawberries have been putting out lots of runners so I transplanted some into a railing planter on my deck.

I always think of how much water gets wasted when we water the hanging baskets and it drains out the bottom. I think it would be nice to have railing planters under neath each one to catch the runoff!
