hello and welcome to the love live! rarepair tournament! this will be a poll series where we as fans determine tumblr's current tastes in love live! ships, EXCLUDING inc^st/ped^phil^a/besti^l^ty. that said, ship-bashing will not be tolerated when it comes to pairings that are included in the tournament and non-harmful popular pairings outside of it.

this poll tournament will not be judging which is the most underrated, as many entries will be on the same level of nigh-complete obscurity. this will be for tumblr's favourite.

ships will be user-submitted. pairings can be cross-unit, include N girls, and even include non-idol characters (such as ships including non-idol students like shizuku osaka X niji's drama club president, or adult/adult ships like kotori's mother X maki's mother)!

you're free to make and share as much propaganda as you want when the relevant polls are up and running. share stories, ramble, analyse, show pictures, create art/fic, whatever!

So I’ve seen a few Love Live related polls floating around,like one for the best idol overall,one for the best album cover…so my first thought was to do one for the best song! I haven’t entirely figured out how to make a bracket seed yet,but it is Happening at some point (it’s especially hard because there’s currently uhhhh *606* LOVE LIVE SONGS IN TOTAL HELLO???)

Maybe I’ll just do individual groups instead and THEN figure out how to do one with every group,we’ll see idk yet I just wanted to make a first post here to say a Love Live song showdown / tournament is happening once I figure out how to make a tournament bracket thing dhdjdj (and to anyone who knows how to do this uh…help??
