In your opinion what's the craziest story about The Stones? I read a lot, but one of the almost unbelievable happened in France at Nellcote, when someone without any problem stole the instruments while everyone was inside. The said that were so hight that didn't notice this thing. In Keith Richards life and in the documentary can' exile on main Street, this episode is well described... But there is a lot to share. Hi, we are Linda and Martina and we have a question for you: why people lose time talking about things they don't like? A man came in in my Facebook martinameetstones page asking me why I like the Stones... And he was rude telling me that they have to stop doing music and trying to convince me that he was right. I answered a few times because I'm polite but when he crossed the line I had to stop him. I don't have time for negative people! I respect everyone I'm not 8 years old, you know... If you don't like me or the music I listen is OK. I think Ronnie and the guys will accept your opinion as well.. Art is inclusive not exclusive, you will find some other band that fits with your essence. That's OK too. I listen to a lot of music but The Stones have an attitude in their music that's unique! Born in 81, when I was 10 years old I discovered the Guns n' Roses and it was love. I was so involved with the band that my cousins and friends bought for me as a gift 2 musicassettes. In one of them there was this beautiful cover of Wild Horses. Every time I listen to it I feel to be that young girl. The way is played is so personal and far away to copy the original. That's what make a man an artist. Everyone can copy but not everyone can do it following is own rules, you know what I mean... Like the Stones that, in the early 60, became famous playing covers but totally different from the originals.
