Some dishes I'll try to replicate during the week.
How to feel like a Greek Goddess:
Wear white billowing dresses that gather delicately around your ankles
Spray your pillows with essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus to soothe you into the arms of sweet sleep.
Keep fresh flowers in every room you dwell
Wear perfume with tuber rose and jasmine so that when your lovers lips graze your neck they breathe in delight
Walk bare foot through grass, let them bathe in life
Have a bath filled with almond milk to soften skin and rose petals for beauty
Gold jewellery to adorn your body
Apply a shimmering body oil so that when your skin catches the light, their mortals eyes can tremble before you.
Always walk with your shoulders back and head held high, you are a queen and queens bow to no one.
Apply lipstick in the shade of your enemies blood and smile before them
Heels to announce your presence
Twist your hair into an elegant up-do so that they me see your ethereal face.
Eat wine and cheese, reclining on a soft cushioned couch before an open window
Classical music to compliment your old soul
Learn languages and speak them with conviction
Dance like a swan delicately beneath the moonlight
Pluck the sword from your back and slay the thoughts that plague you.
trying out something new!
Don’t fall into the perfectionist trap! The best thing you can do for yourself is the first something.
you don't need to spend hours crafting a perfect diet with balanced macros - just have a fruit or veg with your meal
you don't need to get the newest water bottle - drink a glass of water right now
you don't need to have an elaborate skincare routine with expensive products - wash your face and put on some spf before going out today
you don't need the big life-changing day 1 - just do something right now, I promise you will feel better
Honesty, shout out to my mom, because she broke the cycle. She escaped an abusive household, moved to a big city, has a loving husband and family, got her master's while taking care of 3 small kids and escaped poverty.
Was she an ideal mom? No. She made mistakes. But I am in awe of all the things she's done. She is driven, smart, loving and caring and I aspire to that kind of person.
When they demonstrate indifference and don’t respect your feelings, it’s time to prioritize yourself.

To the person reading this, I hope tonight treats you gently, and that tomorrow looks brighter.
Staying private and why it's important
People are sooo nosy, it's human nature to know what everyone is doing at all times. but you don't know what the person you're telling something to is going to do with that information, which is why it's better to stay private.
WHEN to stay private:
- plans you have in regards to your future
- how far along you are in an assignment or how well you did on something
- any ideas you have regarding business or creative assignments
WHY stay private:
- people might steal your ideas or use your words against you
- make you feel bad about your ideas or thoughts
- does not give anyone who is not close to you any unnecessary insight into your life
- protects your peace
HOW to stay private:
- think before you speak and think about who you're speaking to
- stray away from any topics regarding yourself unless necessary, people love talking about themselves
- write down your ideas or thoughts if you really wanna tell someone

How to bring *luxury* into your life while on a budget
Luxury on a budget is absolutely achievable! It's about focusing on creating an experience of indulgence and pampering, rather than just expensive things. Here are some ideas:
Redefine Luxury for You:
Focus on Experiences: Luxury isn't just material possessions. Think about what makes you feel truly pampered and relaxed. Is it a long, candlelit bath with a good book? A picnic in a scenic spot? Prioritize experiences that create lasting memories.
Quality over Quantity: Invest in a few key items you'll love and use for years, rather than buying a lot of cheap things. This could be anything from a luxurious body lotion to a cozy throw blanket.
Create a Luxurious Atmosphere at Home:
Declutter and Deep Clean: A clean and organized space instantly feels more luxurious. Light some scented candles, put on some calming music, and dim the lights for a spa-like atmosphere.
DIY Spa Treatments: Skip the expensive spa and recreate the experience at home. Give yourself a foot massage with homemade sugar scrub, use a facial mask made with natural ingredients, or draw a relaxing bath with essential oils.
Elevate Everyday Activities: Take the time to savor a cup of tea in the morning. Set the table for dinner with nice plates and silverware, even if it's just a simple meal.
Seek Out Free or Low-Cost Luxuries:
Embrace Nature: Take a hike in a beautiful park, have a picnic by the beach, or simply sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Nature is a free and luxurious way to de-stress and reconnect.
Cultural Gems: Many museums and galleries offer free or discounted admission days. Check your local library for free museum passes or online resources for virtual tours of famous collections.
Learn a New Skill: Taking a free online class in something that interests you, like photography or cooking, can be a stimulating and luxurious way to spend your time.
Remember: Luxury is about feeling good and taking care of yourself. By being creative and resourceful, you can incorporate these elements into your life, regardless of your budget.
