Has continuado la historia de Juliantina??

Si, pero no la colgué. Solo recibí 7 likes en el post, así que interpreté que no había interés :)

Ch. 1

La lluvia caía furiosa contra el sendero seco y árido que llamaban Camino Real, convirtiéndolo en un fangal espeso, nada agradable de caminar si ibas a pie. El Camino unía las misiones, presidios y pueblos de la Baja y Alta California, des de la misión de San Diego de Alcalá hasta la de San Fancisco Solano. No eran pocos los que lo transitaban durante el día, y otros que se atrevían a caminarlo una vez entrada la noche, pero durante la temporada de lluvias debías tener quehaceres muy importantes para transitarlo, o estar muy desesperado.

Y desesperado sonaba el rechinar del caballo, negro como el carbón, que cruzaba como un rayo el camino cual animal perseguido por el mismísimo demonio. Su jinete, cubierto con una capa y capucha tan negros como su corcel, atizaba las riendas con premura, echando de vez en cuando un vistazo a sus espaldas. Pero era imposible ver a más de dos palmos, mucho menos ver más allá de algunos metros. Si alguien le perseguía, se daría cuenta en cuanto escuchara el galope de más caballos, o los gritos apremiantes de sus jinetes.

Así empezamos.... Capítulo entero en proceso. Cuando lo tenga lo colgaré!

Some of you are asking where you can read the zorro!juliantina fic, or when it’ll be available. You can’t read it anywhere because I haven’t uploaded it, once I do, it’ll be on aoc3. I will let you know once it’s uploaded!!

As for when? I’m sorry I can’t give an specific date. This is the last month of my master’s degree, and I need to focus mainly on that. I am writing tho, so as soon as I have some sneak peek or something, I will post it here.

Super tiny update

The Zorro!Juliantina fic is taking time mostly because I’m rewriting it. Just trying to make it as historical accurate as one can when it comes to fiction; the main task is making this Zorro actually mexican (like in the movies), and not spanish like most versions of Diego. I’ve never liked the idea of Zorro being a white señorita/o. Does that make sense?

Juliantinas, question: fics in spanish or english?

I would like to write one, my first fic ever, because the idea of Zorro/Juliantina won’t fucking leave my mind. My first languages are catalan, and then castillian, so I could write it in both, english and spanish… but that’ll take twice as much time.

Anyways, vote? Suggestions? Help? lol

Juliantinas, pregunta: fics en español o en inglés?

Me gustaría escribir uno, mi primer fic, porque no me quito de la cabeza la idea de Zorro/Juliantina. Mis lenguas maternas son el catalán, seguido del castellano, así que podría escribirlo tanto en inglés como en español … pero eso llevaría el doble de tiempo.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve written here.

News? Well, I didn’t finnish last year Nanowrimo BUT it helped me shape the novel I’m writing now. I left aside other ideas, and I’ve been focusing on just this one.

“No one can promise tomorrow” tentative title

The thing is that I’m not quite sure this story will get love, therefore I’m not sure if I will finish it... Imagine something like Buffy and Anne Rice meet The Walking Dead. There’s history, there’s magic, there’s science... That’s the best I can give you. Oh, and the main characters are women, and there’s love, of all kinds (straight too, I swear, I just won’t tag any...), and kickass POC characters that I hope I’ve written well. So, with this little info, how does it sound?
