Hello,

Since we received the question on a couple of platforms, just wanted to address it here too:

Question: What is the difference between an Illustrator and a Collab Artist?

Each page illustrator will be responsible for independently completing a single page or spread illustration.

Each collab artist will be responsible for completing 4-6 “spot illustrations” related to one of the fanfics that will be in the zine.

Spot illustrations can be small scenes, partial figures, close up drawings, items, or motifs related to the fanfic. Each spot illustration should not take up more than 1/3 of a page. Collab artists are expected to collaborate somewhat with their writer to choose which scenes or items are important and could be illustrated before submitting their pitches.
