What is the first mention of mortar in the Bible?

Noah used mortar to bind the stones/rocks together he used to make the rooms for the ark. *The Bible doesn't say he used rocks. However, that is what mortar is for. He used pitch (bitumen). Bitumen is a mortar that came originated from Asia Minor. It was used for cement and mortar.
