Dunia terlalu berisik, sampai-sampai kita lupa cara mendengar suara hati sendiri.
Kita sibuk sekali mengejar “tenang”. Kita beli tiket liburan, checkout barang-barang keren, maraton semua series yang lagi hype.
Tapi anehnya, “tenang” itu cuma mampir sebentar, lalu pergi lagi menyisakan ruang hampa yang lebih besar.
Kadang kita lupa, bahwa ada jenis istirahat yang nggak bisa didapat dari tidur. Ada jenis “healing” yang nggak dijual di aplikasi travel.
Bisa jadi, istirahat terbaik adalah sujud yang panjang. Dan “healing” terbaik adalah khalwat —menyepi dari riuh rendah dunia untuk sekadar curhat tanpa filter sama Allah.
Karena cuma Dia yang bisa mengubah kekacauan di kepala menjadi ketenangan di hati.
“Hanya dengan mengingat Allah hati menjadi tenteram.” (QS. Ar-Ra’d: 28).
