These past couple of days have been a difficult for me, but today has definitely made things a bit better. Especially just being able to see my brother meet the person that he idolises and admires the most. It made me Smile More!

Last night was one of the most difficult things that I would have to endure and the hardest decision that I would have to make. I lost apart of myself last night, I lost my Mia. She was not just a pet to me she was my best friend and apart of my family. She was one of the strongest Schnauzer's that I have ever seen. She fought cancer like a champ. I'm glad to be the the one to choose you to be mine, and the last person you see and hear while I held you in my hands. She gave me a great 10 years of life. I will cherish all the precious memories that you have given me and keep them close to my heart. I know it's not going to be easy but you have made me a stronger person. I know what I did was the best thing to do. You are no longer suffering and now in a better place. You and Tommy better wait up there for me! I'm going to miss you so much! I will never forget you!
