My thoughts on the recent Ohm drama

Ohm accuses the guys of a few things, so I’ll divide it by that.

1. Marcel and Scotty homophobia accusations:

The only proof he has is of a few old tweets. Old videos where they sue the f slur have been deleted. I don’t believe that them using the word in the past means that they still use it now or that they think it’s ok. They apologized to the people they’ve used it on and as far as we see, they don’t use the word anymore. The time of the tweets and videos was very different- people weren’t very aware of what was and wasn’t politically correct. I’ve said many words in the past I that I would never use today because I’m now aware they’re very offensive. Heck, someone told me not so long ago I used a word I shouldn’t! I didn’t know it was hurtful, but since someone told me it can be, I won’t use it anymore. I believe Marcel and Scotty are in the same boat. Claiming they’re homophobic off screen seems like a stretch since a lot of the guys are openly supportive of gay rights and I don’t think any of them would be friends with homophobes! This whole accusation seems baseless, weak and random.

2. The group is toxic

This point sounds AWFULLY similar to what Mini said. On one hand, since someone has said it before, it makes the point more believable. On the other, Craig said it, and he’s a pathological liar. I’m willing to believe the guys shit talk about it other people privately, including Ohm, which isn’t the best quality, but at the end of the day they’re humans and everyone gossips. What I don’t think is that Brian, Marcel, Tyler and Evan ‘brainwashed’ the others to shunning Ohm out. Ok the contrary, seems like everyone respects who the other plays with (both Delirious and Panda have recently played with Ohm! Panda was even very close to Craig during the Craig Brian feud (pre allegations) and yet Brian played with him as well). Other than that, Ohm is the one that STARTED all of it! What did he expect when tweeted about Marcel? For him to go back and play with Marcel as if nothing happened? Some of the boys took Marcel’s side and decided not to play with Ohm anymore.

3. Calling the girls the ‘mean girls’ squad

First of all, can we all stan Chrissy and Kelly? Their answered were FIRE! Other than that, seemed pretty uncalled for? He’s basically calling everyone except for Panda, Delirious and Moo problematic and toxic. I don’t get why he didn’t backup Mini back when he said those things? He’s just starting drama I don’t know

At the end of the day, it seems like Ohm made a mistake a while ago calling Marcel homophobic and it just led to the group to stop playing with him. Seems pretty reasonable to me TBH... Anyways, he recently broke down and decided to bring everything back up, which is a pretty dick move considering everything else happening: makes happy announcements have less weight (Alpha Betas announcement and Delirious baby announcement) and takes attention off the bad ones (Mini and Lui. Also, Ohm supported Mini in the Brian Mini feud. We know he isnt Mini’s friend anymore, but seems like he’s still trying to justify that he doesn’t lien Brian). We know Ohm likes drama - he almost always participates in it/says his opinion and he has even started some before (with Bryce). At the end of the day, the odds are against him (more of the guys support Marcel) so it’s hard for me to believe him. I just see this drama as completley pointless and bothersome. Ohm claims it ruined his birthday, but not only did he start it, he actually ruined some good news that came out recently too. So honestly? He deserved it.

I’ll be honest, I’m not sure I got all the details right so feel free to correct me. Also, important to say that most of the stuff is from Ohm so hard so there’s just one POV. Anyways, here’s a summary of the Ohm drama that’s been going on lately:

About a year ago, Ohm called out Marcel and Scotty (I think) claiming they were homophobes. He continued and said that the group is deleting old videos where they used the f slur to avoid troubles.

Some time later, Ohm session joined the guys while they were playing COD, and Marcel was there too. Fast forward, Tyler de-adminded Ohm on Discord making it so that he can’t session join (it might have some other effects, but that’s as far as I know). Ohm says it’s because of Marcel.

Back to more recently, I’m pretty sure Ohm called Marcel and Scotty out again (can’t find the tweet, he might’ve deleted it). Other than that, about a month ago, there was the short drama between Tyler and Nogla*, on which Ohm commented like ‘see it isn’t that hard settelinf arguments’. Someone replied to him mentioning the Mini and Brian feud, to which Ohm said that as far as he knows, Mini is the only one that’s trying to work things out (important to note this was before the Mini allegations, doesn’t seem like Ohm is friends with Mini anymore because of them). He then continued and said that Brian is a very stubborn person.

Now we reach the peak, Ohm started tweeting a lot about how the group is toxic. Here’s some examples -

To summarize, seems like he’s calling Marcel, Scotty, Brian, maybe Tyler and maybe Evan as well toxic. He says they cover up all the homophobic things Marcel and Scotty have said in the last and claims they still do that stuff.

In response, Chrissy and Kelly tweeted A LOT of not so vague things at Ohm (separate post on that). Marcel also tweeted a little:

(The screenshot Marcel is talking about in the first one is one where he calls Brian the f slur on twitter). Marcel also tweeted a song that goes soenthing like ‘while you bitch I’m getting rich’.

There are also tweets about Tyler encouraging Ohm to release a video ‘about it’? I didn’t really understand the context and why Tyler would say something like, so not exactly sure what that’s about.

TLDR: Ohm accused Marcel and Scotty as being homophobic, as well as Brian, Tyler and Evan that they’re toxic. Chrissy and Kelly replies to a lot while Marcel tweeted a little about it as well.

*For those that don’t know what thag was about- in a COD game, Nogla was trying to give Tyler callouts, but Tyler was annoyed and let it all out on Nogla. He then hard muted him, making Nogla leave. Wildcat left that part in the video by accident, so people were tweeting him about it. Wildcat then posted a public apology- AFTER apologizing to Nogla privately and settling things properly. They got over it and tbh, seem closer than ever lately!

Words can’t even express how upset I am.

From this moment forward, I will no longer be supporting Sattelizer, Cryaotic, or Mini Ladd.

I don’t care that I’ve been a part of Satts community for three years, he fucking assualted someone who couldn’t consent. I don’t care if I played games with him, or am friends with him on Steam. That all ends now. This is unacceptable behavior. I am so disgusted by him and his actions.

I don’t care that Cry got me through tough times when I was younger. What he said to minors on the internet is not okay. What he did to Russ was disgusting. I can’t support him after all that. He groomed children. That’s fucking disgusting.

I don’t care that Mini Ladd used to be one of my favorites, what he did is disgusting. The manipulation he did to minors and Suni is gross.

I won’t be supporting them or anyone else that gets called out for assualt and inappropriate behavior with minors. That’s unacceptable and disgusting.

I understand Lui and Mini, I'd seen what Mini has been becoming, and Lui was always a douche. But people are going after the other guys, because they are "Suspicious" Without being accused, or anything.

Nah that's not ok!! Come on guys don't do that. We have evidence for Mini and Lui's incidents, but the other guys have nothing to do with this. Don't start accusing everyone with out proof, because this shit is very serious and we need to take it as such.

Please don't start doing the fake accusations, because that's when the people started disbelieving the real victims in the situation.

I’m not sure what to title this:

I’m not writing anything for Ohmwrecker anymore. I did delete stuff with him & Bryce (because I used to ship them.) If you want to know more about Ohm’s stuff, I think there’s a link somewhere, my sister is the one who told me what’s been going on about him, and I decided not to bother with him anymore.

Same treatment for Lui. The thing about Lui is that I’m not surprised about him in the least. Not because he talked to an 18 year old when he was 30, but the way he talked about women in the first place during his late GTA5 videos, including the way he talked about women with Nogla in his vlogs. At the time, I ignored it because most of these guys in the BBS talk about women in a disrespectful way even though they’ve gotten better overtime, but now after finding out about Lui’s bullshit today (6.27.2020), it’s disgusting and Lui is a piece of shit. So, I won’t be writing any fanfiction of him anymore.

The other reason for Lui is because I’m sentimental and he was the first person I shipped with Vanoss when I entered the BBS fandom a few years ago, but I’m okay dropping him completely. He and every other asshole who are so much older should know better than to talk to an 18 year old in the way that he did, and they’re old enough not to even bother speaking to an 18 year old only to criticize the way that she dresses and to compare her to other girls either if they’re “sexy” or not. So fuck him, he should stay off youtube and quit it with the fucking flex over how “popular” he is, or how “rich” he is. [If you want to know more, there’s a tag on the BBS that has a link to everything about Lui & Mini.]

Mini has always been an asshole. Let’s be real, even if you’re a fan of his, he comes off as an asshole more than the others. Or maybe that’s just me not liking him in general. He’s a piece of shit towards Brian, his ex (I’m pretty sure, I don’t keep tabs on Mini.) He’s one of those people who is an opportunist, and doesn’t mind using others to further his gain then shoving them under the bus. From a link somewhere in the BBS tag, I’m pretty sure he also spoke to an underage girl.

So, these are grown ass men who should know better, but they obviously don’t. I’m not excusing the other BBS members from either associating with these people, nor their own issues whenever they make an insensitive joke. I just hope the rest do a lot better and be more fucking aware of themselves, because talking to underage girls, then bitching about them for either not being into them or dictating the way they look, assaulting them, and showing them their dick is fucking pathetic and gross.

I won’t be writing about Ohm or Lui anymore. Nor creating any of those prompts with them, and writing any other dialogue stuff from their videos if they ever show up in the other BBS videos. :)
